Mill Street Bar & Table is an American restaurant with a seasonally driven menu celebrating the bounty of the northeast land and sea. The kitchen celebrates regional cooking using peak-season ingredients from sustainable sources, including its own Back 40 Farm.
Mill Street is located in the center of the Byram hamlet of Greenwich, Connecticut, bordered by the Long Island Sound and the Byram River. Its casually elegant design focuses on warmth and hospitality throughout – with two distinct dining rooms, a marble oyster bar, a full service bar (with its own entrance), a cocktail lounge littered with plush couches and over-sized chairs and a beautiful patio (with heaters). Influenced by the classic American tavern, Mill Street’s historic restorations evoke an older neighborhood feel with sophisticated polish.

The Back 40 Group started as most great things do, on the farm. The Back 40 Farm is a family-owned 85-acre organic farm in Washington, CT that has since expanded to include Back 40 Mercantile, a modern take on an old-fashioned general store, Back 40 Kitchen in Greenwich, and Mill Street Bar & Table.
