Millennium Car Wash

I've been coming here with my bf for 3 years. My bf is fanatical about washing his car every single week. This car wash is under NEW MANAGEMENT and OWNERSHIP. They do a really good job cleaning your car. You pull up, get out and tell the worker what number package you want done. My bf always gets the Platinum Protection Wash. It's clearly marked on their board outside when you pull up. The worker hands you a ticket and you go inside and pay at the front desk. That worker then prepares your car and soaps up the back and sides before it goes through the automated machine. As I walked down the hall I could see every step of the way the car being cleaned. On their walls are all kinds of merchandise you might need for your car. There is also a wall of gift cards for sale which comes in handy when you decide to get your car cleaned on the way to an event. In the front are more gift cards for sale along with anything to keep your car clean. There are a few chairs a soda machine and another wall loaded with every kind of scented air fresheners for your car. Once the car is finished being cleaned it's pulled forward and 4 or 5 workers wipe the entire exterior down. They clean all the interior mats, wipe down the doors, even open the trunk and wipe anything wet down. Then they apply tire shire and clean the rims. They even blow air in the doors to clean anything wet and loose. They now offer MONTHLY PACKAGES. If you purchase one they’ll put a sticker on your car and then any time you come they’ll scan it. You are billed monthly. Each package is a different price. In the long run if you come often like we do, it’s definitely worth it. The staff are all very, very nice and friendly. They even sell discount booklets for car washes that can be used anytime. I’ve also tried their car detailing and was very happy with the results. I recommend this car wash. I’m always very satisfied when I leave.

I recently went to Millennium Car Wash. I got one the most economical interior car wash package and they thoroughly cleaned my car with a very impressive speed and quality. The people cleaning the car were very courteous and helpful. The owners Sam and his son Nick were both very nice to be over the phone as well in person answering all my questions. No push to go for higher package but rather willing to work with my requirement and budget. I have recommended them to a bunch of people!

Wow, what a difference! My original review was 2 stars. The new ownership has vastly turned this place around! Very clean and organized and all brand new state of the art equipment now and new tiers and monthly subs!! The Diamond package is the best. My car looks better and better every time, and it stays nice all week long. If you get the membership, you can get the same wash done every day!!! So worth it!!! WOW!!!

Service could be better. They need to clean and vacuum better for the price you are paying. Also, they charge you for using credit, or debit shouldn't be allowed. We need to boycott companies that are making the customer pay for using a method of payment for just simply being a consumer.

Had detailing done here. They took the car on the spot on Labor Day week-end. Very nice new owner and crew. I recommend for detailing

I went to have my car cleaned and met the new owner, Sam. I did not know it had sold. I got my regular package which is the highest level. Sam told me that they kept the same workers and they did a great job. Sam offered me to provide feedback. When I got home I called and gave feedback that my tires did not have a sheen. He didn't even let me finish speaking before he was telling me about the solvent, and was so interruptive!! That I ended up having to hang up on him! I couldn't even speak! He was so unprofessional and was talking about other people. I care about my experience. What you don't know Sam is that I was a faithful customer of the prior owners, and now you've lost my business!! I would never recommend your business! I gave 2 stars because of your employees which were not yours in the beginning, anyway! You, Sam on the other hand, were absolutely unprofessional and horrible! Learn people skills and manners!

I tried this car wash for the first time today and the service was phenomenal! Under new ownership and they were super friendly. Even offer a monthly subscription for unlimited car washing with different packages and very affordable.

I did not see any Menu item that listed a basic Car Wash, which is $11.95, plus an uncharted based on the size of your vehicle. They did not communicate well at the start as to where the car should be positioned and needed to be readjusted numerous times. The Car wash was basic, no different than most. Given a receipt that you pay inside at the end of the car wash. Not that you are told this. One and done for me here. The full service stations outside may be a better option.

$26 and vacuum is ok, they don’t wipe down the dash and console AT ALL. Spent 5 min on the whole job. I didn’t address the issue on-site because my time is money also and I didn’t have time to go back inside and deal with complaining.
