Garbage telephone receptionist. After I gave all of the details for making an appointment of diagnostic CT order, she just let me wait until she got approval from my insurance company. And there is no calling back after 2 weeks of waiting. While I tried another imagining center they quickly confirmed my appointment. Never ever go to this place.
I had read reviews prior to my appointment which had me nervous upon my arrival. Everyone was wearing a mask, they were very professional and nice. My caregiver was with me and they let her stay and help me. Don't always believe what you read that's negative. Great experience for this apprehensive patient. Thank you Millennium Imaging.
Receptionist politely greeted me when I arrived to make an appointment. She asked if I had ever been there to which I replied yes. She entered my name and date of birth and was unable to retrieve any patient information. She abruptly said “You’ve never been here before”. I told her I had been there many times as a cancer patient but it was when they were located on Foothill not more than a mile away. She then snapped that they were never on Foothill Blvd. I called my Oncologist’s office and asked them where I had my CT scans. I was told Millennium Imaging in Rancho Cucamonga. I suspected this experience will not improve when I return for the procedure so I asked her to return the order. When she asked why, I told her because she is rude and argumentative and their online reviews are 100% accurate. I returned to my doctors office for an order to Grove Diagnostic. I called their appointment line and the representative sent a link to upload the order. Within 5 minutes, she confirmed my insurance coverage and had me scheduled for the MRI. She was extremely professional and courteous. What Millennium Imaging fails to understand is that patients are customers and we have a choice who we give our business to. Millennium will never see me again and I will share my experience with my doctor in hopes he does not refer his patients there.
They were very nice and clean and it is beautiful inside they were very efficient and I was in and out of there in under 45 minutes they were very attentve to make the expierence as pleasant as possible
Brought my spouse in for an x-ray. I was not allowed to use the restroom since I am not a customer which is fine. And then when he went in for his x-ray I was asked to leave and wait outside. There are no policies posted anywhere. The receptionist was ruder than ever. Not sure how people keep jobs these days- the other employee came outside to tell me their policy is on the door but I had been waiting with him for 20 minutes and no one said I should leave - Covid is a wonderful excuse for poor customer service and rude employees -
So, I drove, well, my mother drove me, all the way from the Palm Springs area, for a 3PM appointment, and I'm told she'll have to wait outside. Mind you, only 1 other person in the "waiting room", receptionist has no mask on, behind the plexiglass, my mother and I are masked so is the other person in the "waiting room" and my mother has to wait in the car. ?Temperature is 90° outside, much hotter in the car, even with the windows open. Yes, the car has A/C but it isnt as cool with car idling and with the gas prices being close to $6.a gallon??? And who knows how long she would have to sit with the car idling. I just find this rude and uncalled for. I could have been told before my appointment that "no one" would be allowed to wait in the "waiting room" with me. What happened to common courtesy and common sense. I hope I never have to come back because I wont, other arrangements will have to be made
This place is extremely unprofessional. It’s is so sad that now a days medical professionals care more about money than helping hurting patients. I came in with abdominal pain that needed imaging but they only checked my pelvis and during the procedure I asked her to check where my pain is and she refused saying that wasn’t a part of the doctors orders. I asked her to call him and she refused leaving me responsible to call him. I was crying and she told me to start the second half of the ultra sound but I told her I didn’t want get it done because it wasn’t going to be anywhere near my pain. She didn’t listen or provide me with any alternatives. I left half way through the procedure because the secretary was telling me I would have to pay 500 dollars in a deductible because my insurance wouldn’t cover it. I have two different insurances and I know she didn’t bill me correctly. So not only do they have staff that have no care in the world they also refuse to help people who have pain. The doctor could have gone three inches upward to find my pain but refused. Not only that, I went back to my doctors to get the “correct” area for procedure and the doctor talked with Cesar the manager and he told him they would do the correct imaging for free and only bill me for one. So I go back to the imaging center and they take me to the manager, Cesar’s office and he tells me they will be charging me for both. I tell them it’s ridiculous and my doctor just spoke with him. He tells me to find a new imaging center. So I left wasting two hours of my life and got billed for imaging to not even find out what is the cause of my pain. If anything is medical mal practice it is this. This entire company does not care about the health of it patients and only about how much money they can get from people who are hurting. It’s disgusting. I hope no one ever comes here and has to deal with the unprofessionalism and forceful ways of this center.
For one, they turned a person away because of not wearing a mask but yet the entire staff wasn’t wearing one their self? Two I made a small error on my paperwork and they refused to see me until I came back with a some paper I needed to write myself but yet not explained exactly what kind of paper?
I brought my dad in to get scanned before his surgery and these guys were a breath of fresh air. They’re friendly and professional. We got a same day appointment and were in and out in 1 and a half hours. All our hospital appointments have to be 1 - 2 weeks out and we wait for hours. I’m bringing my dad here next time again.
Every time I have been here there has been an excuse for the individual performing the X-ray to be late for my scheduled appointment. The last time I just left because i waited well after my scheduled appointment. I would definitely avoid going to this facility. Unfortunately the VA of rancho assigns patients here. If you are using your insurance don’t waste your time coming here. YOUR TIME IS NOT MORE IMPORTANT THAT ANYONE YOU ARE SERVING AND MAKING MONEY OFF OF. So have the fortitude to be present for your scheduled appointment! It’s not a walk in service!
