The best place to go for anything car related, got my L at the age of 18 and this has been the best place I have found. I've been coming for years along with the family. I wouldn't trust anyone else to touch my car but Millennium. Give them a try I swear u will love it. Got my transmission replaced here and it was quickly done. No problems anymore.
Charlie was a great guy and a straight shooter. Had a very quick and smooth transaction with my vehicle. Was very helpful in the process and put in a new battery needed one and was able to make sure my car had all the necessary fixes in the first couple weeks. Had a great buying experience. Thanks!
If I could give zero stars I would.. the owner Frank Assi is an absolutely horrible person and will say anything he has to and step anyone he has to just to get what he wants and has no problem telling lies to people and leading them on. I hope karma does its job
Based on my experience with Charlie. In the dealership. I will recommend anyone to go to that dealership with confidence, that they will be treated with respect and be presented with a better rate on any car they want. I have been to many dealerships but the experience that I have in this dealership is fantastic.
Words cannot express what you all have done for me. As a single parent struggling with school, little source of income and low credit score, I thought I had to struggle in purchasing a car at places like J.D.Buyrider. I went to may car deals in Brockton to only be told that I could only afford a car over 10yrs old with over 170 thousand miles with a purchase price of over $10,000. Most of the cars other deals wanted to sell me looked like it would breakdown in moths. When I arrived at Millennium, I was fed up being told the same stories but Charlie listened to me. With assurance and care for what I needed and wanted, I left with a 2015 Nissan with 70,000 miles. I am so in love with my car. I know for a fact I will have it for years. Good credit/bad credit please go see Charlie at Millennium. I love my car Pearl! I have great affordable payments! I was always respected and felt like a human vs being judged based of my credit score. An Amazing family business that care and places people 1st vs money. Thank you so much Millennium~see you when my son turns 16 for his car.
Worst customer service had my car toll there for flat tire they told they only have new one tires and the law wont let them sell a used one when i got there it was a used tire and they removed my senor and refuse to put it back unless i paid them they told if i have issuse call the police refuse to put the flat back on so i could get toll somewhere unless again i paid took advantage of me baecause im a women Eli And Charlie asked how do i know what a senor look like would not put the donut on the car unless i pay $65 they charged $219.95 to change a flat with a used tire worst customer service worst service ever dont go there they will rip you off
Charlie is so dishonest that he wears it on his face. While we’re closing the sale he tells me by state law he needs to charge me an additional fee of $495. I advised him that I knew that that wasn’t true and that I didn’t appreciate being lied to. He immediately looked down at his shoes and mumbled something about it being true, that it’s the law, and is a required charge it to all of our customers or the AG will come after “us” for charging it to some and not others. I advised him again that I know the law and buy several vehicles a year for my business and have been in business for 25 years and know when I’m trying to be hustled. After the test drive there was a smell of burning rubber coming from the engine I popped open the hood and it was obvious that the serpentine belt was worn and needed to be replaced. He claimed he couldn’t smell it. I could smell it from inside the cab. I agree to the price and even the documentation fee but when I asked him to replace the battery which was completely dead and original to the car and he kept saying maybe maybe. Given this was an 80° day in a chain of 80° days and after the vehicle has been running for 20 to 25 minutes and wouldn’t restart the battery is obviously dead but he was still trying to weasel his way out of replacing the belt and the battery. While this was going on he was dealing with an obviously disgruntled customer who had some kind of problem pacing back-and-forth in the show room. Well Charlie was dealing with him I asked one of the other salesman what the warranty was on the vehicle and he said he didn’t know. All of this added up to what was obviously a shady operation so I chose to walk away, you should too.
Frank and Charlie found exactly what I was looking for at a great price. The entire transaction was seamless and everyone at the dealership was a pleasure to deal with. We are extremely happy with our car from Millennium Motors!
They don't know how to fix cars and they destroy your car worse. They fix what they want and not what you tell them that needs to be fix on your car. Then charge you all this money and your car isn't fix at all. I been without my car since April 10th and my car is still broken and not working at all.
Oh my God... My transmission was slipping. I really needed a car and quick. Call millennium spoke with Charlie got out there found the car I wanted Charlie had me in a car within 24 hours great service on the money kind and understanding and the . mechanics okay too. .
