I was in desperate need of dress pants and shoes for an upcoming job interview I had upon finding out the clothes I thought I had no longer fit me. This is not a department store. Don't expect to pay department prices. But do expect some of the greatest customer service you will ever experience in your life. I was brought across all the option, made sure I had the best quality for what I needed. This wasn't a man trying to push a more expensive sale, he was genuinely invested in my success and my well-being.
My husband went here to get a suit. Top notch service and very personable! Robert was the person who helped him and we were both shocked at how well he did with picking the right sizes right off the bat and how well he paired the suit items together. I don’t know how long Robert has been doing this but he surely seems like an expert! We won’t go anywhere else ever again after the great experience we had here. Thank you, Robert! You deserve a raise! It is refreshing to see someone passionate about what they do and also to see amazing customer service. Quality customer service is getting harder to find these days but you will definitely find it at Miller Bros-Newton!
I was in search of a suit for an upcoming wedding. I was somewhat clueless on what size I was and what to get. I was immediately greeted by Robert upon walking in the store. I told him my situation and he immediately knew what to do. Robert was on point with sizes just by looking at me and knew the style I was going for perfectly. I was expecting to be on there for a couple hours but because of Roberts knowledge, I found exactly what I was looking for very quickly. Excellent service by Robert and excellent selection of clothing and suits. Thanks again!
I walked in to buy a suit which I hadn't done in many years and Bruce had me outfitted in the perfect suit so quickly I still can't believe it. Top notch, professional service from start to finish. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else to buy a suit. We are extremely lucky to have such a fantastic, locally owned shop in the area, with such great product and service.
Marvelous experience with very knowledgeable and supremely helpful staff!! The guys here are not pushy, take-a-number, salespeople like you will find with the usual big-box formal wear stores. We chose to come here for our wedding for the suits & tuxes for all of the guys in the wedding party, and we're so happy we did! The prices were AMAZING and the time & effort put in by the staff here to help us with the look we were going for was top-notch, we could not have asked for a better experience! I will be sure to come here from now on for any formal wear needs for my guys! And I will be sure to send any of my friends, family or even strangers looking for a wonderful & unique place for jackets, shirts, ties, shoes, or the full-on ensemble!
Loves everything about the store. I arrived in the state of NH over two months ago and I needed new attire and Bruce and his team were extremely helpful. I am a faithful shopper there as well. My favorite and only fine clothing store i go to now.
Robert at Miller Brothers helped my husband pick out an everyday jacket that he can take traveling and wear with both jeans and chinos. He showed us several options, and we found something just right. Robert was enthusiastic and so informative, without being pushy. The tailoring is done quickly. We liked the shoes Robert was wearing so much, my husband took a pair home for himself. Good quality clothes with exceptional service. If you want a really pleasant shopping experience for men's clothing, go to Miller Brothers in Keene.
The best place to buy a suit! My son was on Spring break from college in California, and needed a suit for end of year formal activities. Ben was the best! Found just the right style and fit for my son, took the measurements for alterations, and then offered to mail it him at college since my son was heading back the next day. The suit arrived soon after and my son said all fit beautifully. Just love this place - great quality suits and the best service ever.
I'm sure we will look back at this time in our lives and laugh or feel blessed but it was stressful. Our wedding day was set for May 2, 2020 and we had done a year of planning to get to this point. I had ordered and been fitted for a custom suit in early March at a national Men's fine clothing chain. Soon there after, the Covid-19 Pandemic hit and virtually shut down our economy. It also meant that if we wanted to get married, I would have no suit. So, we were in a panic with less than 2 weeks to go and the retailer backing out. I called MBN after doing some thinking and Bruce and staff said they would provide a private fitting for a custom suit off the rack. It was ultimately the best decision I've made and will be a life long customer. They were amazing and got me into the perfect suit with alterations and custom stitching. Thank you for making our day perfect amidst all the chaos and pandemic. I’m a life long customer and have always tried to buy local but can honestly say, you can only get this type of service from a local retailer. Thank you Bruce!
I had worked with Ben to find the right suit, pants, tie, etc., as well as a custom shirt for my wedding, when Ben called to inform me that the shirt we picked out together was no longer available from his supplier and that he had nothing similar. After going back to the store to look at all other available options, Ben suggested that I purchase a shirt elsewhere to get what I needed. At his request, I found the shirt I was looking for through another retailer and had it tailored with the rest of the suit I purchased at Miller Bros. When I got my bill, I was charged a $50 “rush” tailoring fee for the shirt and was later told that the fee was because I had them tailor a shirt not purchased at their store even though Ben had instructed me to look elsewhere for the shirt. While Ben did a good job helping me find the right suit, it doesn’t feel right being charged $50 to tailor a shirt I was told to buy somewhere else, especially after already spending over $300 on the rest of the suit with them. If you’re going to use Miller Brothers, ask about their hidden fees in advance!
