Like brand new!!! My boyfriend of 12 years is very critical and has a bad attitude about nearly everything. This place is the worst. They never clean the cup holders or the inside doors and ledges. For a Manager's Special they ask if you want your mats cleaned .... well duh. My last visit I paid extra to clean the back hatch and they still did not do it. This is the 7 th and last time I will waste my time and money here.Service:&nbsp;Vacuuming

Bought the whole 9 yards and a cup Cleaning. Unfortunately this is not uncommon here. My dash is dirty and my seats remain dirty. Leather is the easiest to vacuum so I’m unsure why they never do it. I wish we had an alternative here for full service.Service:&nbsp;Vacuuming

Unfortunately it was the worst car wash I’ve ever had. Dirt all over the under-carriage, all over the wheels, and I paid over $18. For $18 your car should at least get some water sprayed on the massive amts of dirt still left over. Does the Basic Wash tell you it won’t spray underneath? Yes. Should it for $18? Absolutely. In other words, terrible value and I’ll never return again.

I had full detailing done and when I pulled up my red car looked whiteish on bottom of doors. I asked them to rewash it and they did. I got in my car after paying only to find the chrome around radio panel was severely damaged/gone. I spoke to a worker about it and he went and got another person to look at it too...they told me to bring it back next week and they would paint it. It is not a painted piece. I emailed them as soon as I got home and was told a manager would call me after 8am the following day. Never received a call. Called the next day and left a message for the owner and asked for a return phone call and that never happened. I went and got an estimate for the damage and went to speak to/show owner or manager the damage and estimate. After he looked at it I was told they weren't responsible for the damage!! Also, certain parts of interior were overlooked while cleaning.  **Edit-pics added** The chromed piece around my radio did not look like this AT ALL when I dropped my car off for a full detail on 10/23/18. If they noticed it starting to come.off, why didn't they stop?

I paid for the New Manager's Special $36.00 I won't do that again!! I have learned in the past to check my vehicle before I leave.  Again it wasn't clean. They were supposed to clean the entire inside including Cups, Seats backs and bottom, Mats, Windows, Vacuum,  scrub the edges of the floor where it meets the door, wipe down the entire outside. Once again my truck wasn't clean. The Dashboard was very dusty as was the Rear Passenger Door,  Mats were put back in literally dripping water, windows were very smeared, and the outside was poorly wiped down,  very spotty. The Front Passenger Door still had dirt and prints on it it. What a total waste of my time and money. I won't be using them again nor will I recommend them anymore. Seriously get your act together and clean the way you advertise you will and what we are paying for. I wish I had thought to take pictures.Services:&nbsp;Polishing

We were traveling through and we had a lot of bugs on the front of our car. They were amazing helping us out with it they sent the car through three times just because of the bugs. I wish we had one of these car wash is where we live we would definitely be going there

The boys did a fantastic job. Granted there was no cars behind me they were able to spend a little more time on my ride. the only thing I could recommend is that they don't wipe the exterior of the car after they do the door jams... sand and dirt on the rag
