20 year Salmon Creek customer here- VERY disappointing customer service experience today! Specifically, I arrived @ Salmon Creek Store @10:30; 3 people having a laugh behind counter-NO CUSTOMERS in the store; no machinery mixing paint, etc. I told young guy I need a custom match for paint purch there years ago. He told me I could have this done 'BY THE END OF THE DAY'!...I told him I'm going to Sherwin Williams -he said "OK". Sherwin Williams had my custom match AND my paint done in 20 minutes!! There's no urgency at Millers anymore. THEY LOST MY BIZ TODAY
Olivia at Salmon Creek has exceptional people skills it is very impressive how she greets customers as they enter the store. On multiple occasions she spent much time reviewing colors with us then customized a unique paint formula which my wife and I enjoy very much. Olivia provides top service!
I walked into Miller paint without a clue or knowledge of how to paint or the supplies I would need for my project! Tulanas customer service was excellent and professional. She was able to work with me and find the colors I was looking for and was able to pick my supplies out as well. Not only did she carry my items to the front cash register but she also carried all three gallons of paint out to my car... you just don’t see that kind of customer service that often. Thank you so much for helping me cause I was so nervous. Definitely will be returning and excited to work with her and Scott! Scott has helped my mom and a friend before so he’s excellent as well!
I brought in a tiny tiny sample of some paint I needed to match for my wall and I wasn't sure if they would be able to get close since it was originally from Home Depot and they warned me that it may not be exact and I was ok with that. But it was perfect!!! I couldn't believe it! They were so helpful too and fast. It was also was cheaper than Home Depot. I will definitely be going back when I do more painting.
Very friendly and knowledgable service. I was in the process of refinishing a dresser and had lots of questions. They answered every question and provided tips on what brush would be the best, paint selection, and how to use the brush and roller to the fullest. Great service.
Fantastic. What's great about this location is each employee actually loves paint. And that's awesome because we as the customers want someone who knows what they are talking about. Janicein training made me color like no other and my shop looks AMAZING because of it. Thank you so much!!!! Won't go anywhere else.
It is a nice paint store. They have much cheaper samples than Sherman and Williams. So I would go there to find your color.
Always a positive experience. Great Staff and warm welcome ,especially from Olivia. She is great with customer service.
Miller is the only paint store I use for all my jobs.
I appreciate the excellent customer service at the Salmon Creek location. They always have answers to all of my crazy paint project questions!
