Taylor was amazing!!! They were extremely busy prom tomorrow and he took his time and made sure my son looked sharp. He is 100% great at his job!!! The other guy didn't get his name was awful. He kept complaining and talking about how badly he needed a cigarette. He was talking loudly that all of us heard and made us uncomfortable, like it was an inconvenience we were there. Think Taylor should hold a class for the rest of the employees on customer service
What a disaster. My son chose this place for suits for his wedding. Wished he didn’t. One of the groomsman’s soles fell off his shoe right before walking down the isle. Nothing fit right. Buttons fell off and seems came undone. This wasn’t just one. It was all of them. If you are going to pay over $200 for a suit rental it should stay together. We will let our friends and family know not to use this place. Spend your money elsewhere.
Great Customer Service! We were greeted right away and treated with attention. I needed a suit coat quickly for a wedding and they ordered it and tailored it for me in 24 hours! I would recommend this quality shop to anyone. Their clothing items are all high quality.

My husband and son got their tuxes for our wedding from Miller's. They looked amazing. They did one fitting and then went back the 2nd time to pick them up. The people are all very nice.

Visited this store once to inquire about a rental. The three employees in the store were all unhelpful and rude. The man I spoke with said he would look into the tux I inquired about and he never returned. The other two employees acted stuck up and as if they were selling $3000 Louis Vuitton luggage. Maybe treat your customers with respect and don’t look at them as if they are useless. Just go to mens wearhouse instead and save yourself some time and frustration.
We bought 7 suits from Miller's for our wedding. At first everything was great! Closer to the wedding we ran into way too many issues. The timeline we had at the beginning was totally ignored. One example: a suit was to be taken in and instead was let out. The white markings were all over the suit and we had to get them off right before the wedding. Communication absolutely sucked. Do not recommend!!!!!
