I have had a significant neck issue for nearly three years. Have tried everything - osteopathy, massage, PT, rest... yet, over the course of the last month working with Chloe, this pain has reduced by 95% and I now have more mobility and significantly less discomfort. I had not experienced acupuncture previously but am now a huge fan. The entire team at Millers Way Project is welcoming, professional and seriously skilled. The space is amazing. All around a fantastic experience. I cannot recommend highly enough. It is a rare combo to find someone as skilled and knowledgeable as Chloe. She is a true gem.
Millers Way has been an instrumental part of my rehabilitation journey. As a well qualified movement coach with a strong understanding of anatomy and the way the body works and their holistic approach to healing - I immediately knew I was in very safe and extremely knowledgeable hands from my first conversation with millers way. Chloe, Steve and James the first day I was injured all carefully took the time to help me with the debilitating pain I was experiencing. Their bedside manner, kindness and compassion is what also makes them such fantastic practitioners. I have been coming to James’ weekly clinic since 7 months now and it has been the most instrumental part of my recovery. I would recommend the treatment space and studio to anyone who is suffering with pain or health problems to come and speak to the team first. They are more helpful than any doctor or physio / manual practitioner I have previously used and their genuine care for their patients and their enormous knowledge and constant self-development it what sets them apart from the rest. I would recommend Millers Way to everyone! For anyone who is looking for movement too, they also have a beautiful studio space and have some very highly regarded wellness coaches who train people in conjunction with their manual practice to help provide you the most holistic and effective way to optimal wellness. I have begun training with Ben Medder to complement my treatment and he is also fantastic!
I’ve been seeing Chloe for accupuncture since May. I had been suffering with back pain from my jobhairdresser but also after an accident last year, which had been getting worse. She has the most calming and graceful presence which instantly made me feel at ease. After a consultation we began a body assessment and she pinpointed other areas of imbalance which would also be contributing to my issues… and every appointment since she has been tailoring my treatment. Even helping with a bout of tonsillitis! The space is light and serene with a great energy….I don’t get in to see her nearly often enough!
Following a life-changing accident 18 years ago, I’ve been seen by many classical & alternative health specialists. James and his team have been by far the most helpful in my lengthy recovery, especially when others were telling me it’s as good as it gets. James’ understanding of the human body, how it moves and functions, is unparalleled. He works with me not just ‘on’ me, and knows other exceptional specialists to recommend when appropriate even if that means fewer sessions with him. And the atmosphere at Miller’s Way Project is the most welcoming, serene & grounding you could find in hectic London!
What a gem of a place I discovered attending a Chinese Medicine workshop in central London! A small building that shows a warm, modern and clever design with sustainability and ecological concerns and built with material of the best quality that makes you feel really welcome. Its location in a quiet cul de sac off the main road in central London makes it very convenient. Even though I only came to attend a course, I would not have minded to book for a bodywork treatment may I had the opportunity. The therapists are well renowned and they hold yoga classes downstairs. It is an ideal place to to hold a small workshop or therapy-related course as they have open space with several couches, a wide table to sit around, a small kitchen and natural light.
In 3 weeks my badly frozen shoulder has made extraordinary progress over three sessions with Steve. I now have a significantly improved range of motion, no pain from a position of considerable pain and improved sleep. The improvement is continuing to accelerate each day to an extent I had not thought possible and I am profoundly grateful for this outcome. Highly recommended.
Millers Way Project is a little gem I’ve recently discovered a few metres from Shepherd’s Bush Road. An oasis for a range of therapies, with a beautifully designed and relaxing environment. I’ve been treated by the amazing Elena using massage for chronic back pain. Elena is always very welcoming and professional. She knows exactly where to massage by touch alone and I always leave feeling renewed and refreshed. Also very good value. Elena’s so good I have become a regular.
I have had several masseuses over the years for various different issues. Elena Raluca was recommended to me by a cranial osteopath who I trust. Elena is a wonderful masseuse, she understands my body and what it needs. Her touch is perfect and I always feel great benefit after a treatment. I highly recommend her.
I have been to many spa salons and massage places from average to luxurious, but I have never had such an incredible massage experience as with Elena at this place. I would describe it as therapeutic massage where things get fixed and the body feels good, not just relaxed. Highly recommend!
Have been seeing Steve about a frozen shoulder and the results have been better than I had hoped. Anyone who has suffered from this condition will know the agonising pain and limited range of motion that goes along with it - normal recovery times are between 1 and 3 years, but Steve has managed to give me 95% range of motion back in less than 6 months and the pain has almost completely disappeared. Prior to this I had gone down the physio/steroid injection route with little to no progress, so this is nothing short of remarkable. I cannot recommend Steve's treatments highly enough. The man is nothing short of a miracle worker!
