Miller's Jewelry fixed an heirloom ring that had lost a stone and they did a lovely job.  Their staff was kind and knowledgeable and very transparent about the process.  I felt that the price was fair, and the repairs are seamless, I can't tell that it was every broken!  Their team was concerned about the color match of the stone, and I appreciated that they were willing to flag that it wasn't, in their eyes, a "perfect" repair or match.  To the untrained eye, it's flawless and not at all obvious.  I couldn't be happier and look forward to returning to Miller's for future jewelry purchases and repairs!

Thank you to the entire Miller's Jewelry staff! I was impressed and blown away by the tremendous and thoughtful experience! Went here for an engagement ring and I couldn't be more excited! We were able to pick out a wonderful Yogo sapphire surrounded by amazing diamonds. Can't wait to come back to pick out wedding bands!

I got engaged on Thursday night and my ring was entirely too big. I called Miller’s and they said they couldn’t get it back to me until the following Saturday 7 days but may be able to rush it. I explained how I was leaving to visit grandparents/future in-laws on Friday and was hoping to have it back before leaving. They agreed to get it back to me on Thursday. Well.. I received a text 24 hrs after dropping it off that my ring was ready to be picked up!! Amazing service and quick turn around. We will definitely be returning for the wedding band design : Thank you so much, Miller’s!

We have been shopping at Millers for over two generations.  My mother gave me a ring at Christmas that my dad had given her, originally bought from Millers.  We have been overly impressed with their service, attention to detail, and creativity when designing our pieces. When I had the ring from Christmas resized they also helped me to craft a pendant necklace with a stone that had sentimental value to me, not much monetary value to speak of.  When my husband bought my engagement ring they worked with him to create a ring that was special, and like none other.  They are amazing people, and we will continue to support them for generations to come.

I LOVE MILLER'S JEWELRY!!!  Quality jewelry with amazing customer "home town feel" service!  Online shopping is easy  and purchases come gift wrapped!   Exchanges are easy and MILLER's goes the extra mile to make sure each item sold is a perfect customer fit  - I've made 4 online purchases during the Covid pandemic, with one exchange. Miller’s is fantastic! I will never take my jewelry or purchase jewelry anywhere else. They took my late mother’s diamond bracelet and turned it into a beautiful wedding band. I took an old gold chain in for a new clasp and was walked through each option and learned why the clasp I chose was best. I also take my jewelry in for cleaning and they check each diamond every time. Fantastic customer service and great quality!

I love Miller’s! I’ve had a challenging year and bought a diamond band on Christmas Eve. I couldn’t believe when they offered to size it for me  right away. They were swamped. It made my Christmas to wear something sparkly. I love doing business with the people at Miller’s. Thank you.

I personally love the "Estate" section with antique & pre-owned pieces. Was lucky enough to get gifted one of these special pieces for Mother's Day! Our family has trusted Miller's Jewelers for years with our precious jewelry purchases and repairs.  Today I picked up my 41 year old wedding rings that I brought in yesterday for a prong to be checked. Not only was the prong repaired, but the antiquing was redone and the rings cleaned. They are gorgeous! Even more beautiful than when new!! Thank you for your quality service, expertise in fine jewelry and integrity. It's so wonderful to have this trusted Bozeman owned company here in our town.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience working with Cec and staff, choosing a new diamond and designing a custom setting for my replacement wedding ring. I could not be happier with the finished product! The jewelers put in extra effort made to make edits to the setting while still getting everything completed efficiently.
