I have been going to Miller Tax and Bookkeeping for tax preparation and investment advice for three years. Kelly is incredibly knowledgeable and versed in all things finance, she keeps on top of changes to laws and can tell you how they will affect you personally. Miller tax and Bookkeeping is an amazing accounting firm in the Isanti area. Kelly Jo is very smart, educated and personable. She knows what she is doing and works hard to ensure her clients can file their taxes both timely and accurately. She truly cares about each of her clients and makes us feel valued whenever we visit. when i started doing business with Miller Tax I thought i had finally found a company that really cared about small business owners and about building customer relationships but over time i found out the opposite. one of their employees misunderstood what one of my employees was asking her about her personal taxes, that's right my employee was trying to get help from the owner of miller tax with her personal taxes and when she was misread they got upset and canceled my company as one of their clients. with no warning and with no discussion and 2 weeks before my companies taxes are due forcing me to find another CPA during busy tax time. which in return will cost me more money. I tried to reason with the owners as to the fact i had no idea what had taken place nor would i have let one of my employees disrespect someone i was doing business with. but the didn't seem to care one bit just told me they mailed my stuff to me and that they had no intention of hearing or rectifying our business relationship. i would not recommend them they act as if they have no time for you and really don't seem to be customer driven. i would shop around before doing business with people who treat you like a number and disguised you when it suits them
This place is wonderful. Kelly always takes the time to talk and get to know her clients. She really does want the best for you when it comes to refunds. She is knowledgeable and has always gone above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend this place!
Miller tax has been doing our taxes for a few years now and I wouldn't use anyone else. Kelly Jo is the best around, quick and very reasonably priced.
