Amazing work, got a monthly plan + wax/detailing on a deal. My Tesla looks brand new and interiors look very clean. They do a decent job on the interiors but exterior is amazing. Staff is good and friendly. Tip: go on the weekdays right around 8 -9am, will get your job done faster.
Octopus car wash is the best in Orlando. I had my cat detailed by Eric and it was the best detailing my car has ever had. They were professional, very thorough, and made sure I was satisfied. I even got to talk with Sam the owner and I can tell that he has built a great team and that’s why their customer service is so excellent.
SEVERELY DAMAGED MY TRUCK. I would never go to this place. I reached out to the Owner and no response. The manager on site was so unprofessional. I offered to come in when the wash was closed to replicate the scenario and he says "Well we can guess as to what happened all we want." They agree that the damage was not there when the truck came in. Had to file a police report. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!Service: Auto detailing
This used to be my go to washing spot but haven’t been here in 2 years. Paid $100 for a detail and while the outside was done amazingly, the inside left much to desired. Still had areas that needed to be cleaned & ended up just doing myself which was disappointing considering I just paid $100 & still had to do work.
They damaged my tint , literally wiped parts of it off on my Mazda cx5 using the wrong rag to wipe my windows on a super hot day not even under the canopy and the manager said “ I wasn’t there to see it happen I’m sure it was like that when we got it”. They damaged my dash on my 2023 highlander xse I paid $150 to get it detailed they detailed exposed to the hot sun since it was a busy day and the cat was dirty, seats weren’t even wiped and now my dash is ruined. I showed the manager he claims Toyota should fix it!!! That’s insane! The car is brand new and octopus is the only place to touch my car. I am very heart broken over this unprofessionalism. Stating “ we wouldn’t be in business and if we didn’t see it happen we can’t say we did it” managers exact words I was shocked they take zero ownership to any damages their untrained staff cause.Services: Full body wash
I don’t get some of the 1 star reviews on here. I think some of them might be fake reviews from competitors. Anyway, this place is great. I’ve been a customer for almost a year now. Everyone has been friendly, I’m in and out in less than 10 minutes with the automatic car wash. I’ve had the detailing/waxing done once before and they did a great job. I saw one review on here and they were like “THEY DIDNT CLEAN MY CUP HOLDER” meanwhile it looked like the guy had spent every day for the last 10 years spilling coffee in it. I mean you gotta have reasonable expectations. Anyway, it’s a good place, you gotta take the bad reviews with a grain of salt.
Paid $90 for a wash and “detail”. Not sure what their definition of a detail is but the first place I would start is vacuuming the leaves out of the trunk. You could give some high school kids a hose and a vacuum and they would do a better job.
I "washed" the car today, if you can say so, the car for $90 is just horrible, they just left a bunch of flaws inside, they forgot about the trunk altogether, they didn't even look. There is simply no service. When I drew attention to the shortcomings, I was denied something incomprehensible that it was not washed at first. What did I pay such money for? I regret spending that money on this sink.
We have a monthly membership and really are pleased with the service we get. Last week, after they dried off my car and I got in to drive away, my car wouldn't start. One of the gentlemen who works there saw me trying and trying to start my car. He approached me and told me not to panic and he went and got a portable battery charger and started my car. He was so kind and told me that if I ever had a problem to just ask anyone there and they would help me. I wish I had gotten his name but a HUGE thank you to all of you at Octopus Cash Wash!!
This place continues to disappoint. I don’t even think they try on the interior. Took my car in today, even upgraded my service and they didn’t wipe down any surfaces. My cup holders weren’t cleaned, the center console was not. No doors wiped down. Tons of dog hair left and it wasn’t hard to get the dog hair off because my husband did it in 5 min with our vacuum. There was literally DIRT on the back of one of the seats. Didn’t wipe down anything in the back. Didn’t lift the seats up and wipe them down. I don’t even know what I paid for today. Just a really bad job. And this isn’t the first time.
