I have known Felicia for past several years. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. She works for clients which reflects in her annual follow ups even if you are not her client to check if she can meet their requirements within her organization current policies. She had been helping me with quotes for past few years but somehow it did not worked out by close gap till this year when she was able to offer me the best value for my money and I had to finally give her the business this year. I would definitely recommend her for professional auto and home insurance needs.

I called Allstate office in Milton Ontario and spoke to Felicia Simon. I was looking for quotes on home/auto insurance. Felicia sent me the quotes within the hour, and we finally signed up with Allstate. During the whole process, Felicia was on top of things and her response time was super fast. I found her knowledgeable, honest, and a very good advisor. Then, after a couple of months we decided to sell one of our cars, so I contacted her again, and within minutes new paperwork was in my email and execution was done fast. I highly recommend Felicia Simon and Allstate Milton Ontario for all your insurance needs.

It was a pleasure to deal with Felicia on adding our car insurance along with our home which was with Allstate. As I was insured under a Fleet Commercial insurance - verifying my driving experience  number or years  required some research on both my auto experience and that of my spouse. Felicia was able to  dig into this and I was able to provide Allstate with the verification needed. End result was a competitive auto policy and as a result of combining with Allstate Home and Auto we achieved a reduction in our Home Insurance that was significant.Tried to do this with our previous auto insurer and they could not offer a package arrangement that was remotely competitive to Allstate. We would strongly recommend Felicia Russo-Simon at the Milton   Ontario Agency.

I have excellent experience with Felicia Simon second time. She is completely dedicated to her work and so knowledgeable that she can save your hard earned money with all possible ways. She always listen clients patiently and provide best solution. She even helped me to get my driving experience from abroad and from British Columbia so that my insurance can go lower further.

Bushra  was very knowledgeable and resourceful for the issue I had with my insurance policy update. She quickly resolved it for me and was happy. Monday and great start to the week, what else could I have asked. Bushra was also very patient and keen listener to problem I had and resolved with at most professionalism.

I recently switched to Allstate Insurance for my auto and home coverage, and I couldn't be happier with the service I've received. I got new auto and renters insurance here. Ask for Felicia Simon. She is very helpful, knowledgeable, and will do your work very fast. She is easy to reach as well. The rates are very nice compare to other insurance companies.

He took the time to explain all the fine print and ensure that my family and I are properly covered. She is very detailed and professional with helping figure out the right coverage for Home and Auto Insurance and provided timely information.  I am glad I spoke with Sonam and she made it super easy to switch insurance companies and save money on both Home and Auto coverage!
