They don’t even let you use the dryer to dry your nails after a pedicure ? No lotion after the pedicure ? Then they act like they don’t understand you . I went 2x when the place was 100% empty and they are still lazy. The place is empty and I can’t dry my toes under the dryer ? Horrible service and experience
This place has ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC customer service, a big facility, calming music, and super kind/detail-oriented staff. I HIGHLY recommend going there for a pedicure! After Acqua Nails at Clarendon Crossing not even opening on Sunday despite 5 or 6 of us having appointments, I walked in to this place. I was immediately warmly greeted by 2 people & served hot tea. They have a lot of great color choices & a really big space, so you aren’t right on top of others. There is relaxing music & a great choice of magazines. The pedicure was relaxing, enjoyable, & the tech took her time to give A+ service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. No appointment needed either! Walk-ins are quickly seen.

Amazing service, everyone is SO nice and they do a good job on the nails: regular mani, gel mani, and regular pedi! Complimentary hot tea, etc. The owner Mimi is awesome!! I've been going for YEARS!
Been coming to Mimi’s for a few years. Always does a great job. I come here become of the cleanliness and commitment to hygiene which I feel like can be hard to come by with some of the local salons.. First time I went back after the pandemic, I watched the staff clean the pedicure seats for a solid 10-15 minutes after the patrons left. Makes me feel good about going back!
I live two blocks away from Mimi's and have been going there every 3 weeks since I discovered them! Each time, I'm treated like a princess. Complimentary drinks and snacks, super friendly staff, and quality service! I checked this page tonight to see when Mimi's closed, and while this page lists 8pm, they actually close at 7pm. I arrived at 7:45pm, and began to walk away, but the manager cane outside, stopped me and welcomed me in. An hour later, I now have great nails for an interview and dinner date the next day. Mimi herself did my nails with a smile, and kept thanking me for coming in. I initially felt TERRIBLE for keeping them an hour past close, but they were so gracious and accommodating - and quickly made me feel at ease. While the prices may be a little more, it's completely worth it in my opinion. The shop is spacious and clean, and the staff couldn't be better. You get what you pay for. Mimi's is customer service at its finest. I highly recommend Mimi's. You won't regret it.
I rarely take the time to review if I have a positive experience, but they are SUPERB! As soon as you walk in, you are always greeted by the same chivalrous gentleman and he always opens the door for you on your way out. They offer complimentary drinks and snacks. Sometimes there's a wait, because they're just so busy because they are awesome, so I would definitely recommend calling ahead. They are reasonably priced, especially for this area and the salon is very clean. I have never been disappointed with their services, professionalism, or cleanliness. I've taken friends and even my boyfriend. They are awesome, and highly HIGHLY recommend them!
