A wonderful experience from trying out mattresses, to painless delivery! The owners of BedQuarters are warm, welcoming, knowledable, fair and patient. Zero pressure sales and no attempts to upsell us on anything. They had a good assortment of mattresses and we tried most of their models and made our selection. About a week later, we got our mattress! The delivery workers were friendly, courteous and hard working as well! We also realized we needed a bucie board for our bed frame, and we called the morning of our delivery. One painless phone call and transaction later, we had a nice board for our frame! The delivery crew went back to grab the board we purchased, and with no change to our delivery window! Excellent customer service through the entire process :!
There are no words to describe how awesome our experiences always are when we order beds from Bed Quarters! Every single time, their expertise, patience and ability to sell you exactly what you are looking for, blows me away!! My elderly mom was having trouble getting onto her bed. It was a bit too high. I was under the impression that I needed a lower mattress. When I spoke to Jim, he listened intently on my situation and knew immediately that the answer to my problem would be a new, lower profile box spring! Lo and behold, it was the answer to all our prayers and life changing for my mom!! I had never even HEARD of a low profile box spring. And the thing that really stands out is that Bed Quarters is not focused on making the sale, they are focused on getting you what you need and helping you make the right choice!!! Hard to find a business where such heartfelt interest is their priority. On top of all that, the delivery men, Chris and Matt, are two of the loveliest people you will ever meet! Kind, helpful and so diligent in doing the best job they can while delivery your items! After 5 minutes, I wanted to ask them to stay for lunch! :- They made the experience so stress free and easy! Kudos to Bed Quarters for having two such professional young men deliver their products. Order from Bed Quarters and you will never be disappointed! Ever!
I have nothing but praise for BedQuarters. We bought our mattress there several years ago and our newlywed children recently purchased their mattresses there. We never felt pressured in the showroom and the owners were nice as could be. The workers who installed the bed frame and set up the mattresses were friendly and polite. Their customer service is excellent. They really make bed shopping an easy and pleasant experience. I highly recommend BedQuarters for anyone looking to purchase a mattress/bed.
BedQuarters is a wonderful family owned business that takes pride in its service to customers. The staff is very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable and the delivery service is exceptional! I am a returning customer and can say that I am just as pleased with their service now as I was ten years ago. We had the most wonderful experience at Bed Quarters!! Not the typical sales experience. The owners are friendly, knowledgeable and no pressure. I felt so comfortable asking questions and then calling with more questions. Billy and Jim are so accommodating and easy going easily helped us find what we were wanting. We had our bed within 24 hrs of ordering and the delivery fellas were wonderful as well - so friendly and polite. We had never been here before and now I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I absolutely 100% highly recommend them!! GREAT service and GREAT experience!!
This is the only place to shop for beds. True professionals that care for their customers and are all about service. Reasonably priced and they have excellent and prompt delivery. Bill is a wonderful salesperson and is extremely knowledgeable and informative and their delivery staff went above and beyond, not to mention their friendly demeanor and professionalism. Bed Quarters is the only place to shop for your bedding needs. Kudos all around!!
