Minerva Family Resturant

Came with my mom and 2 year old daughter. Sat down. Server asked us if we wanted anything to drink. We both replied coffee and before I could ask about kids choices she walked away. Comes back with coffee and walks away again. I flag her down and ask about kids drink and if there is apple juice. "we don't have kids cups" oh okay? "We only have the foam Togo coffee cups with lids" well then! I'll use that. Mind you, they have a kids menu but no cups or drinks for kids. I order the buffalo chicken wrap and speghetti with meatballs for my daughter. I got a wrap with chicken cooked in Italian seasoning. My daughter received no meatballs. I sent mine back after she told me she put in for a buffalo wrap and that's what it was! And requested meat balls for my daughter. She comes out with a single plain meatball in a bowl for her and the same dish I sent back for me. I told her no. This isn't what I ordered. In fact it's the same plate of food. She told me "I don't eat here so I don't know what to tell you. That's how its made" I told her buffalo chicken is pretty simple. If they have hot sauce and butter they can make it but there was no sauce on here at all. She did not respond, instead she walked away, comes back with the bill and Togo boxes and says "have a nice day." Then proceeded to talk about us 10 feet away to another server on the floor. She completely ruined the whole lunch along with the chief. We will never be back again!
