Mingus Park

Absolutely beautiful little park. Clean and well cared for however the water area itself could use a filter in the wonderful fountain system they have. It would make that water so much more delightful for people and animals alike. Little bridge and sitting areas lots of places to take pictures absolutely beautiful. Playground: Small clean playground Restrooms: Bathrooms were there but they were locked. Dog-friendliness: I saw people with dogs on leashes. Picnic area: Some wonderful little picnic tables and benches scattered around to the park.

We are visiting out of state. So happy we found this gem for my child! Beautiful walk around the pounds. Great spot to walk off dinner. Playground is always a plus for children! Picnic table!

Quite surprised by the beauty of this park being in a small rural town. It's much more beautiful than most big city parks.

You can enjoy a relaxing walk through a lovely Garden and watch the ducks swimming you might even see a squirrel or two.

We loved this park. It's a great place for a walk. Very beautiful. It could use a little more upkeep, and have the water ways and streams cleaned out; maybe a "community clean-up day" would be a great way to liven up the park a little. Either way we love it here.

I'm so grateful to have a garden park so close to me. I have taken so many beautiful walks in this park. Every season brings different views.
