Homeless living in units. My units have been broken into 3 times. Manager just says there's nothing she can do. Everyone I know that has ever had a unit at this location has been stolen from. Worst place ever. DO NOT GET A UNIT HERE OR YOU WILL BE BROKEN INTO.
Difficult process to get someone to let you in and random people working out of units. No working cameras are visible.
This facility advertises 24 hour security cameras. These cameras do not record anything. So they are completely useless. The "secure gate" is quite slow, so it's easy for someone to follow a unit renter in, whether on foot or in a vehivle. My unit was broken into and the management claimed that this "has never happened before". According to the Plant City police this is not even close to the truth. So if you rent here, don't store anything of value.
