Quick. I liked talking to somebody in person. Saw the unit which was clean, neat and dry. Even loaned me a lock for 2 days while I moved from another facility I did not like.

I was driving down from the North East and due to a last minute change, I was unable to get to the site before they closed. I needed temporary storage for an out of state rental truck, which complicated things. Elizabeth took the time to register me while I was on the road. She had me pull over and take pictures of my rental agreement. We got it sorted out! Thank you for the great customer service. You guys have your stuff together.
The company called to update our billing information which we gladly gave them and in the process they cancelled the insurance we purchased for our unit. We had damage from a mouse and mold on things. The insurance company won't help because it shows a lapse as they didn't add it back. The storage unit won't take any responsibility for incorrectly updating the info and for not keeping our unit as we signed up for it. Spoke with Ron and he informed us that there was no recourse for this, even though it was their fault for not correctly doing their job.
Great place for storage. 24/7 access with gated security, cameras etc. Staff is friendly. Locations are close & convenient. Lot is spacious. Prices very competitive.
