This the best dentist’s office I’ve ever been to! Every single staff member is so nice, thoughtful, and helpful. Dr. Cruz-Orcutt does an absolutely amazing job! I had a large gap in my front teeth and she put composite resin over it. It turned out beautifully! I love my new smile. I’m so glad I’ve chosen this place as my new dentist office! 100% recommend!

I always enjoy my visits to Mint Spring Dentistry! It is so obvious that Dr. Cruz and the women on her staff love their professions. Today was the culmination of 10 months of using Invisalign trays to straighten teeth that were threatening the integrity of my top front teeth! Today, Dr. Cruz cosmetically repaired a few teeth that were worn on the edges and I'm so pleased to have a lovely smile once again! Thank you, Dr. Cruz, Elyse, Shannon, Raquel and all of the wonderful women at Mint Springs!

Dr. Cruz is very friendly and takes time to explain treatment! The office is beautiful and is using high tech equipment to provide the best treatment around! The staff are skilled and knowledgeable, Ashley did an amazing job for my cleaning, very gentle! Definitely recommend this office!

The staff at Mint Springs Dentistry provided wonderful services when I was in need of a crown.  The doctor was very competent and professional while both she and her assistant were always concerned with my comfort level.      I was impressed with how the procedure was handled.  I enjoyed the assistant with her cordial interactions.

During my last visit, I was able to browse through Dr. Cruz-Orcutt's beautiful photo books, while waiting for my name to be called. The rich colors and the fine beauty of "all things great and small," caused me to stop and consider the person behind the camera who took these fabulous pictures. The yellow and green striped caterpillar was quite familiar as he had been a visitor in my own garden this past summer... but it was the book of snowflakes that spoke to me without any written words. That same patience, precision and eye for details are the same generous qualities she uses when she attends to my dental needs. I think she considers me, and treats me, with the same thoughtfulness as she does with every unique snowflake! Thanks to her great staff, who attend to my husband and me with that same considerate care and respect.

Dr. Cruz-Orcutt and everyone on staff with Mint Springs are always informative, professional, friendly and quick to call you by name.   As a family we have had an array of services ranging from  general check ups, fillings, crowns and implants and have always been happy with the results.  We have appreciated the staff taking care of insurance claims and their willingness to follow up if needed , as well as the ease of making appointments and receiving appointment reminder notices.  Overall we would recommend Mint Springs Dentistry.

Dr. Cruz just completed my dental implant and I couldn't be happier with the result. Her excellent skills, attention to detail, and state of the art equipment definitely helped  to ensure the success of this project while her warm personality and the helpful attitude of her staff made me feel comfortable throughout the process. For high quality dental care at a friendly and welcoming office, I recommend Dr. Noemi Cruz at Mint Springs Dentistry.

The staff was friendly, courteous, and we’re right on time with my appointment. The staff explained what they were going to do each step of the way and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend more people to go visit the dentist.

Since my move to Nora Springs, Iowa 25 years ago I have been going to this Dental office.  Now that the transition has been made and the Polkings have retired I am seeing Dr. Noemi.  She is a wonderful, caring Dentist who is very knowledgeable.  This office has always had the best professional staff, whether its the front desk or the hygienist. I feel very well cared for here and know that I am surrounded by intelligent, kind and caring people. This is the best office for all your dental needs.

This entire team is amazingly friendly, courteous, and efficient! Dr. Cruz-Orcutt introduced me to the concept of crown lengthening and veneers. She talked me through every step - at every appointment - and the results were absolutely above and beyond my expectations. Her attention to detail is top notch, and I encourage anyone looking for a friendly and knowledgeable dentist to step right in to Mint Springs Dentistry.
