I read the reviews, but I needed a quick sick check for my daughter. The physician was young and thorough and new how to speak teenager. No wait time for my prescription from the cvs pharmacy. It was better than her pediatrician. Highly recommend.
Never have I ever met the rudest, most unprofessional nurse ever. She asked me what I wanted and dismissed my questions. People like that don’t need to be working in the service field.
I'm leaving a review because I have never gone to a minute clinic and when I saw it had no reviews on google, I was incredibly nervous. I got there at 5pm mid-week and luckily there was no one waiting. I signed in at the kiosk, wishing I knew I could have signed up on a regular computer prior to coming. No biggie, no one was there rushing me to finish. Just know you CAN fill out the form prior to save you time. There was only one NP there since the other was on vacation. I can't speak for everyone who works for minute clinic, but Megan was absolutely wonderful. She was not trying to just rush through patients. She listened to all of my symptoms, my horror stories, and was very personable in return. I was prescribed some medications which was easily filled there. I will definitely return in the future if needed.
I walked in shared my symptoms and immediately was dismissed because “it could be Covid” she then scheduled me a Covid test for the following day and said I could try to “squeeze in” after my results but she was almost sure it sounded like Covid because she’s seeing a surge in vaccinated people. I immediately went to righttime and turns out I have the flu negative Covid test. Thank you righttime for not dismissing me because while Covid is serious other things do still exist.
They were not busy, extremely helpful with all our questions filling out the form at the kiosk. And the helped with insurance which didn't cover the test. The Dr/practitioner was awesome. Very friendly and personable with my mom and explained everything to me.
Came here for a vaccine after making an appointment online. After showing up early and waiting, I was eventually told along with others in the waiting area there wasn’t time to see us and we’d have to reschedule.
The Nurse Practitioner was extremely rude and acted like she was doing me a favor. If I had known she would have been that rude, I would have gone to Patient First and dealt with a longer wait.
Treated me like I had the plague and was extremely harassing toward me. Needless to say I left without treatment. I would recommend going to a Veterinarian Clinic if your only option was this Minute Clinic.
Misdiagnosed with a deadly skin disease at this minute clinic. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. Don't waster your time or money here, go see a real doctor.
