Been back and forth at MiR for about a month now. Switched to HPA and had there techs install a new engine and upgraded parts. One of the workers named Cameronhope I'm spelling it right helped me through the whole process. Helped me find what I needed and more. He really knows his stuff and always got me in and out. After spending a hefty chunk of money, I'm super happy with the products and service. I'll be sure to send my friends here!
This place is amazing, the atmosphere is great prices are very competitive. Drove all the way from Columbia Missouri just to meet slax and buy a lancer gen 3. Ended up getting more than we payed for and got his autograph. Never forget this day thank you much!!!!
So I spent probably close to 45 minutes on the phone. Between 3 phone calls with these guys I believe I talked to 3 different People And I couldn't be happier Everybody was very knowledgeable nobody was pushy They were giving me what I felt was honest opinions I told them what I was looking for and instead of them trying to push the most expensive thing they had, they worked with me. What started out as me planning on spending about a $150 turned into At the end almost $400 haha lol But that was my fault for just going a little crazy in the end As long as they come through on the shipping They are definitely going to be my go to place for now on
They found a solution for my battery needs, offered to attach the connection adapter for free, didn't try to sell me a replacement charger, and have been super speedy responsive even on the weekend! 11/10 would recommend.
MiR Tactical, despite being quite a distance from where I live, is my go-to place for airsoft. They are well staffed, have excellent deals on their gear, and have most everything one would need for a excellent airsoft experience! Their customer service is also excellent, and they are very knowledgeable about the maintenance and repair of airsoft guns. Most recently, my airsoft pistol which was purchased there broke after a issue with overpressuring. They helped me with my gun, and left me feeling like my money was well spent at MiR Tactical. Would shop again!
Man these guys had a great event held up by Sheboygan, WI. Amazing venue for an Airsoft battle!! Can’t wait to join them again in another fun filled event.
Ordered a product from them March 12’th, I received an email saying they’d have to ship it from another warehouse on March 13’th. I called March 24th to see what’s going on with my order and all the customers service rep did was create a shipping label and update my order status to “shipped” although they never shipped my product. March 30th I decided that these people were playing with me. I called to see why the product hadn’t been shipped and instead of saying why, they continued to lie as if it was ship. I asked them to cancel my order and somehow that was easier for them to do than ship it. The customs service rep also tried to lie to me about retail shipping little did he know I have a lot of experience in this field. He’d rather lie as if usps had it when In fact MIR Tactical never dropped it off to be shipped. Don’t waste your time or money with these people.
Have been going here for a little over a year now and it is the only place in northern Illinois when it comes to airsoft parts, guns, and gear. Along with that the employees make the place with how helpful they are when you are first starting off.
I’ve never been to the actual store but I have been to the abandoned factory event. The staff is extremely helpful and very nice they had everything I needed out of the back of their van. I bought an x-fog system and an MP5K. Great experience and awesome event!
I bought 3 different guns one being 200 and I couldn’t get my refund they where all bad they bad, they where braking within the day , and I could not use them and the reply’s where always slow.
