Tom and his staff helped me put together my citizenship documents. They helped me prepare for the interview. The day of interview, i was called in 10 min earlier. Tom was on time as we planned. My wife and I are so pleased with the way Tom and his staff handled our case! We walked in with a unique case that was labeled as a denial. We felt very frustrated as we had done everything correct and it was an error in the system, and you cannot fight and win usually when dealing with the government. He mentioned that there was no guarantee, but he did feel that we had a chance to win without having to re apply and do everything over again.
