I love coming here. John is the best audiologist that they have had. I didn't care too much for the previous one and went to Burnsville, NC where she was better. But, John is the best of them all. We are so lucky to have him here. I have had Miracle Ear hearing aids for at least 15 years and I am thoroughly delighted with them. I recently ungraded to a newer model which was even better than my previous ones, I didn't think it was possible. My relationship with my wife is better too.
It was a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in. My mom has had hearing aids for 20 years, but her quality of hearing had decreased. With the help of these folks, her quality of life has improved exponentially.
When I visited the Miracle Ear Hearing Aid Center, I received great information about how the ear hears and how a hearing aid works. Dr. Bonenberger knows everything about his field of hearing. He explained everything in great detail and it was easy to understand. The testing was very thorough and he explained the testing results. Anybody that needs a hearing test and a hearing aid should go see Dr. Bonenberger, He is a great professional to work with on your hearing problems.
I took a friend here for a hearing test. She had tried others without success.The testing was very thorough and successful. We are all thrilled with the results. Dr.Bonenberger explained everything well.He even stepped outside so she could hear how they worked in a high noise environment. There's been no more asking everyone to repeat what we've said. So grateful. Receptionist really sweet and helpful.
These people get you, They understand your needs They all wear hearing aids themselves l. They make you feel comfortable like your sitting with family. They also have top of the line hearing aids and have discounts for those with Medicare. Financing also available and not at a price that will break you. Great place and people. Would recommend to anyone with a hearing problem. A++ service
I have received great service and always a friendly face greets you. Dr John is great. He knows what he is doing because he also has impaired hearing. He understands what you have been missing and how to correct it. They have financial help right in the office. Set up a appointment today and see what you've been missing
The staff was very friendly and took almost two hours to test and answer all of my questions. My hearing aids are fabulous. I can actually hear now and my friends and family don’t have to repeat themselves. I can watch TV and listen at a normal volume level. I highly recommend Miracle-Ear!!
I have returned annually for free testing over eight years since this is my former name and this was the best experience with John and Sally. He has compassion and integrity that is hard to find these days. He spent time educating and answering my questions. The pictures of my ear canal showed redness indicating an irritation that could affect the testing. I so appreciated his concern that I take care of that first. I have never felt pressured to get hearing aids. I feel confident that if that time comes, he will guide me in the best decision for me. Highly recommend him for your hearing concerns.
Just wanted to say thank you to John and Sally at Miracle Ear in Johnson City office. John was extremely professional and thorough with me through out the appointment. He explained everything in great detail that was going on with my hearing and with my hearing testing. Again thank you to both of you for everything. If you have hearing issues go see them. You will not be disappointed.
I use to with Bel tone, but had lots of problems with them, never no one in the office to help me with my problems. So I switched to Miracle Ear, Mr.Bonenberger has done a good job of taking care of me. Very pleased with my new hearing aids. I would recommend Miracle Ear hearing aids and Mr Bonenberger to anyone that is having problems with their hearing.
