I called for an appointment and saw Mario. My year old Miracle-Ear hearing aids, purchased at another office in Woodland Hills, have not been working well for almost 8 months. I was told to clean them better and had deep cleaning done as well as some updated adjustments on the computer. Then is when I decided to schedule a consultation with a different office. When I met Mario I was so upset because I could barely hear him. Within a few minutes he took his stethoscope and determined that one hearing aid was not functioning and the other one was programmed inadequately. Within minutes, he made changes to my program, replaced the broken part and I could hear clearly once again. Thrilled and connected are the words to describe my reaction. I was told to return in 2 weeks, which I will do gladly. I will continue with Mario as his skill was immediately demonstrated and the changes he made were definitely what I needed. I fear for the patients who put their trust in Jackie at your Woodland Hills office, thus I feel compelled to communicate this to you. I don't believe she is qualified to deal with your very expensive and sensitive product.
I came to Miracle Ear with my husband when he was tested and then fit for a pair of hearing aids. My husband asked if he would do a test for me which he did. I found Mario to be very professional and honest as he explained why he thought I would benefit from a pair of hearing aids. He treated us with respect and interest, showing me how to put the aids on and how to clean them. He took his time with us. Mirvat in the office has also been very informative and respectful with us. I appreciate both staff members and I am very happy with their service. I know that if I ever have a problem, I can just call and they will take care of whatever needs to be done. Mirvat was beyond friendly and professional and Mario was so informative and knowledgeable about hearing and the right hearing aids that my father needed. I usually don’t write reviews because the world is full of selfish mean people. But I have to admit that the people who worked there were so genuine and nice and bubbly and honest and informative and just made us feel like they care. My daughter is having hearing problems. They didn’t just try to sell me a product. They went out of their way to get to know all her medical past and all the information before they suggested the proper product. I work in customer service so I’m not used to people taking their true time to acknowledge the real situation instead of just trying to sell hearing aids. I think the ladies name was Marvet sweetest lady ever and the other gentleman named Mario, can’t forget his name. Truly from the bottom of mine and my husband heart thanks u.
Brought in my grandma because she needed a hearing aid, Mirvat was so amazing and so sweet while we waited she offered us cookies and coffee while we waited. Amazing service and very gracious towards my grandmother and she’s such an angel.
Mario and Mirvat are the Best! Hands down, they are outstanding at what they do. They are providing wonderful, caring and efficient service of a great product. Mirvat is always so cheerful and helpful and lovely to see. Mario listens to you and then works and works until everything is just right. The two of them provide the kind of professionalism and service you always hope for but rarely get. I and my family are thrilled with the results.....I can hear and they don't shout. I waited to write my review past the product return time to see if the service would stay as good. I'm happy to say it's as good as ever! Went to Miracle Ear in Sherman Oaks, Ca. as my present hearing aids were not good. Mario and Mirvat were professional and friendly. Got hearing aids and am so happy with them. Plus return visits for adjustments to make your hearing the best. Finally I have the right hearing aids. Don't go anywhere else but Miracle Ear if you're smart.
