UPDATE: First of all I am taking back my previous review.., we all have our bad days Unfortunately that day was one of them sometimes thing don’t always go our way. We did get to make the appointment for my husband Mark ..he had his hearing test. He was fitted for a new pair of hearing aids Everyone there was AWESOME !!! We’ve been to other Miracle Ear offices… and I have to say we are sticking with this one. So I’m changing my star rating to a FIVE Thank You Erica You need to follow your opening and closing schedule. The site said you were open until 5. We make a trip into town and wasted our time and gas . If your are closing at different hours that state you OPEN than change your listings.
Erica and Laurie are Amazing and care about my hearing. Erica is very knowledgeable with hearing tests and the new tech .I've had my old aids for almost 4 years! Can't wait to get my upgrade Thanks so much!
The people at the office were great.and very helpfull good experience , and aftercare
Hearing aid was in need of a slight repair,they got me in the same day. Great service. I was paying $20.00 for a pk. of 2, 312 Rechargeable batteries 3 yrs. ago. Now they want $60.00 for the same aids. On line I can get them for $30.00?
