Miracle Flowers

This was my first year receiving flowers from a significant other on Valentine’s Day. Although the thought is what counts, the flowers looked really sad and there was a lot of negative space to fill. Paying for a service and having them deliver to my doorstep without handing off the flowers made me a bit upset as the delivery person could have waited two more seconds for me to answer the door to hand me the flowers. I had to go to the store to buy more Lillee and a single rose to really deliver the presence of a real bouquet rather than the sad flowers my BF paid a service to deliver to me from a flower shop. Folks, just put in a bit of effort and buy 50 dozen roses with some greenery and babies breath from Costco, and you could easily make a stunning HUGE bouquet for the same cost as a sad bunch from this place! I placed before and after pics of what I received and when I added more flowers.

Used 1-800-FLOWERS for a Christmas bouquet for mother-in-law. Bouquet was left outside, no call, text or email, didn’t knock on door. The driver plopped the vase outside on a walkway 20 feet from the front door, vase filled with water overflowing with some scrappy filler. Paid for XL bouquet, what was delivered was a scrawny, wet, pale comparison to the advertised bouquet. No lilies, 4 tired roses, some mums and baby’s breath. Not even a red bow attempting to resemble the $70 bouquet plus $20 in fees. Going through 800 Flowers customer support is a joke. They offer 50% refund and a $20 credit. Will not be using 800 Flowers again and certainly not Miracle Flowers. Miracle? More like curse. Bouquet from grocery store looked better than this travesty.

In reading the reviews for this florist it seems as if most people are really dissatisfied with their product. I had a radically different experience. My husband bought me the most beautiful bouquet of pink roses for Valentine's Day, delivered the day before on the 13th. It is March 3rd and those flowers are still alive. I've never seen flowers last as long as these have. My husband has given me a lot of roses throughout the years but these by far are beyond typical rose beauty. The picture does not do them justice.

~ Just Don't ~ My son called me to see if I liked the flowers he sent. What flowers, I asked. He had gotten a text the flowers were delivered and signed for hours before. Like many, I have a camera at the front door. No flowers were delivered to my house. This company accused me of lying to my son. They asked if there was a thief in my neighborhood. They finally agreed to re-send the flowers. They came -- 3 days after the promised date -- the date they said they were delivered and signed for. They were not the flowers that were ordered. They were not even in a complete container. The pumpkin was missing the lid. My daughter in law mortified ordered a replacement from another florist and they arrived on time. They were also the exact thing Miracle Flowers was supposed to have sent. Attached are photos of both arrangements. Really! They called me a liar!! Of all the nerve!!

I was delivered flowers from this place. It’s criminal what they did. My entire arrangement had two roses of which both were browning. The water was milky, the flowers were wilted and the filler was moldy. If you order from them, be ready to waste your money and deliver a disappointment.

Ordered through FTD and paid for the Premium bouquet which was fulfilled by Miracle Flowers. This is what my girlfriend received. Definitely not a "Premium" quality, at best it is "Standard." First and last time I order through FTD and I highly recommend you look elsewhere for beautiful flowers for your significant other where you'll actually get what you paid for. The first photo below shows how the flowers should come when ordering premium. The rest show the received flowers falling far below expectations.

We used 1 800 Flowers that subcontractors with Miracle Flowers. Miracle Flower delivered the flowers 5 days earlier before the requested date. The flowers cost $ 95 and looked like $10.00 do flowers. Flowers had fungus and not like the pictures we requested. We I called 800 flowers to in formed them, they stated the flowers had not been delivered and will not be made until the requested date. I tried to explain I already received the flowers, but since you show the flowers were not delivered or completed let cancelled the order. Now on the requested deliver date Miracle Flowers sent a confirmation to me and 1 800 flowers stating the flowers were delivered so they can receive payment. The flowers were for Mother’s Day my mother gravesite.

Worst florist ever. I received an ugly arrangement for my birthday with dead flowers and big gaps in the arrangement. A kindergartner could have done better. The few flowers that were in the arrangement did not cost any where near the amount of money spent on the flowers. The person who sent the flowers complained and was promised a new bouquet with beautiful flowers to be delivered the same day….no flowers arrived. Today an arrangement was delivered again with dead/dying flowers. Again huge gaps in the arrangements. I worked for a florist before and these were pathetic attempts at floral design. Stay away from this company.

I would not recommend this flower shop to my worst enemies. I used 1-800-Flowers who middle manned the order to this company. I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentines Day. At 6pm they claim they have made the delivery but they really have not, my order arrived 2 1/2 hours after theyre delivery claim and it wasn’t even the flowers that I had ordered. A replacement was ordered for the next day and again at 6pm the next day I get notice the order was delivered and again it was not security camera verified. It’s now 11pm and no flowers have arrived. I’ve called 1-800-Flowers and they issued a refund thank god.
