Delivered produce here with a 9 AM appt checked in at 8:00 received door @9 on the dot emptied out by 10AM . I didn’t see a restroom for drivers but then again didn’t ask, 4/5 stars because trash/scraps left in trailer.

Man this place dont even get 1 star..  charge the company $150 for scheduling unloaded time. Messed up on unloading make you wait with empty docks top of that charge's to unload

I really appreciate this business and this used to be a five-star establishment but for the past year service has gone downhill So make sure to be nice to those ladies otherwise they will make your life as hard as they could; punish you and your precious time if they see any sign of frustration = they will make you wait longer.  I DO HOPE  their life will get better or at least less miserable and more joyful so they don’t take it on other people in order to find some petty little joy when seeing customers suffer. I hope my pick up time won’t get worst after this review but this has been going on for the past year so I am too frustrated to not speak up.  Never have I ever had a you check in experience without extra waiting whenever I checked in with the female staff; for some reason the male staff are always more efficient.  Apparently to those ladies sense of urgency; organizing paperwork is more important than checking people in or actually working efficiently.  I was not the only person so don’t be in denial. They have not had any good review for the past year; and I feel bad since short staffing is happening everywhere so this is the best they could get.  God bless the owner having to deal with this kind of frustration and let’s all hope things will be better and we’ll be able to find staff who can at least say “Hi” back as a decent human being. Learn my lesson: don’t let a short encounter with them ruin your day! You’re better than that.  God bless all of us.

This is the worst place I've ever been very rude girls in the front office checked in on 9-14-2022 8am it is now 12:30 p.m. 9-15-2022 and I just now got a door they first try to tell me that I didn't have a appointment which I clearly did . Then I was told that I had an 8:00 a.m. appointment on the 15th I checked in  at 8:00 a.m. stayed overnight on the property. At that time they told me my appointment at was at 9:30 a.m. I am been here now close to 30 hours this is insane

I had an appointment at 1pm at San Diego Cold Storage. I checked in at 12:04pm, but they did not give me a door until 1:30pm. Only after I called in to ask why I hadn't received a door yet. They loaded 18 pallets into my trailer and after 2:30 I asked why they did not complete the loading. They told me they had a freezer door problem. I informed her I had a 6pm appointment to deliver in LA which was 3+ hours drive due to rush hour traffic so if they didn't finish loading now my delivery would be late. I then went to ask for an update at 3:30pm and they just said they were working on it. After I called the reciever and they gave me a 2 hour extension so they could recieve the load until 8pm. I then went back to ask for a update at 4:30 on the loading process and they said it would be another 20-30 minutes. I then called the reciever to tell them I'd likely get there after 8pm. They then told me that I'd have to rebook a appointment for another time.The shipper did not finish loading me in 20-30 minutes like they said. I then told the shipper to unload because it was taking too long. My broker and dispatcher called too, to make sure they would unload. The shipper then said they  would not take our truck in the future now. The shipper/reciever  always blame the driver for any issues.

They loaded me fast. My appointment was 1pm I checked in at 11:30am I got the door by 12:15pm I was out by 1pm

Great place to store your perishables. I've yet to have an issue with any of my product going bad because of it being under refrigerated. The friendly staff is always bright eyed and bushy tailed eager to help you. They load my truck up with pallets very professionally and with pinpoint accuracy without destroying our business logo vinyl on the outside. I never have problems and always look forward to going in and picking up pallets of our paleo pet food product because they make it so pleasant. Keep up the good work COLD STORAGE!!!

Dedicated 8 years of my life here sacrificed everything kids bd sometimes to be here and move up lol little did I know im just glad they lost there best employee and to the owners I want to say please raise the quality control kids eat from here don’t wonna say customers names or anything but I might have pics if you care and this warehouse is very stressfull for all the employees there’s no pay to justify this but even you taking the time to thank them with words would really mean alot to them I know I would of for me. also in every meeting I would ask for a harness still no harness

This place is a really bad cold storage facility. Showed up there with 7 BOXES to deliver and they took 1.5 hours to unload me with an appointment. The receivers are very slow but the front desk staff are even slower.

Unloading is quick bt u hv to wait a long time just to get papers..
