I had bought a birthday cake to take to a friend's daughter in Independance. Well on the way home the cake slid off the seat and got smashed. I went the next day before the birthday party and they graciously remade the cake for me for like $5 and it was well worth the money. They saved me from an embarrassing moment and from not having to buy another cake. The Mexican bread there is . The first picture is after I slid off the seat and the second is after they fixed it. It looked perfect.

Worse experience ever. I asked them to help me with a Receipt that indicates the price so my job can pay me for the cake I bought just yesterday idk how many times I had to tell her but she didn’t understand she told me she’ll be back help me and continue doing whatever she was and never helped me. I went up to her again and she told me there’s so way she can help me. Would’ve been nice to know instead of wasting my time waiting for her.

Probably the best bakery in Salem but I wish I was joking when I say the customer service is bad, The fat lady is always giving an attitude for no reason but unfortunately she’s the owners sister so I don’t even think they’ll fire her She was in charge of our Quince cake and it was all going ok until the delivery came she yelled at My mother about the fee because the Delivery service had done 3 laps around the area trying to find the location and tried charging us for it even though the location was in plain view and they had the right location and everything SMH

Miranda's is my absolute favorite place to get pan dulce!! They have a great selection and the flavor is the best Me encanta!!!

I got my wife a tres leches cake for her birthday and it was amazing. So moist and fresh and the perfect sweetness. Great cake.

I read through most of the reviews and it looks like everyone agrees on the same problems. Poor customer service, I wonder why all these employees working at this bakery have a horrible attitude? Y'all don't get paid enough seriously get a different job because it does make an impact on people. They make a huge deal with the reciept thing I've had the experience too. Good things I like about this place is I can get cake or bread super early in the morning. The cakes are good and pastries are delicious. The owner sure needs to raise these people's wages not just the prices and get new management that treats the workers fairly and respectfully.

Very disappointed! Horrible customer service from older woman may have been the owner I had ordered a birthday cake which I paid upfront $85.00. When I went to check & confirm that the cake would be ready for the date I had ordered. They couldn’t find the invoice. Apparently they threw away the cake because she said we never picked it up. She said she remembered they had baked it weeks before the date we requested. The lady right away called me a liar! I was so embarrassed because there were several customers in the bakery & she had such rude & nasty attitude she didn’t mind causing a scene in front of other customers. Never went to look for the original order form. Which I had noticed they keep the order forms in a plastic grocery bag hanging on the wall held by a thumbtack. So I didn’t get my cake nor would she refund me any money. She rudely took my copy of the receipt & would not give it back to me when I asked her for it. She said it belonged to her bakery! &walked away in to the kitchen & left me standing there with no other option. Rude, rude , rude!!

Good stop for pan dulce. Not huge selection, but most of the regular choices. Still open and serving up pan dulce.

Rude customer service I talked to the manager about getting a wrong cake and laughed and said if I was going to pay the difference because the one I got by mistake was more $ then the one I ordered never going back here and I’ll make sure to have family members and friends to not go back

Could be better. Just keeps getting cheaper and flavor out the window ....I'm ok paying some more for better
