I have nothing but great things to say about this salon. They’ve helped me keep my hair healthy for a little over a year now. I achieved the color that I get nothing but compliments on thanks to Carmen my hair has been the healthiest it’s ever been. They’ve even been great coloring and styling my mother’s hair. I will always recommend

Unfortunately my experience here ended before it truly began. I called to schedule an appointment for my 10 year old, for a Friday afternoon. During the call, the woman I spoke with stated I would not be able to stay with her as the shop is full at that time to which I explained I was not comfortable with that as neither I or my daughter had ever been there before. She offered me an appointment for Saturday morning instead stating it is not as busy so I would be able to stay with her. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told to sign my daughter in and leave a number where they would call when she was done. I explained to the young lady who I believe is the daughter of the woman who booked my appointment that I was staying and she told me I could not. The women who booked my appointment was also present and said she never told me I could stay, she said it would depend on how crowded the shop is which is untrue, as I reminded her that I told her on the phone, I would not take an appointment that I could not stay with my daughter for. She insisted that’s what she told me and said I could not stay because the shop was too crowded. There were 4 customers including my daughter there and it’s a huge shop. Communication in this shop is very poor and unprofessional. I was excited to find a Dominican salon in this area but this one certainly lost my business.

Usually I don’t like to make it review but My daughter she’s 10 years old She was there two times with my girlfriend Nice place clean but Definitely those people they are not professional the way The handle business with not courtesy and respect.., usually when accidents happening and you know you are wrong With a simple apology you are able to resolve the case instead of contradict the customer’s 2 times the same accident I don’t get it!! my little one come home with tears on her eyes Definitely they lost our business

Love the way Carmen does my hair. one day one of her daughter's did my hair and I was also pleased. They are polite, Professional and they make you feel welcomed.

My daughter and I went to this shop to get our hair done, a simple wash and set. The shop had a few people waiting, but we thought tops 3 hours we would be able to get our hair done and be out. After 2 hours of waiting, of which 1 hour we spent sitting with our hair dripping wet, I realized that it was no way we were able to get out in the next hour and we had to go. The owner charged me 40 dollars for washing and conditioning my hair and told me that next time it is my responsibility to ask her about wait times. It is clear to me that this owner has the ability to do hair, but lacks the staffing and professionalism to understand that customers come first. It is not the customers responsibility to inquire about her staffing situation, secondly if you have people waiting to get their hair done, it would behoove you as the owner, to stop talking personal business and pay attention to the situation at hand. Horrible experience, totally unsatisfied.

Best hair salon I've been to! Not only are they a great family but they create a great atmosphere. They are amazing at what they do and I and my hair have never been happier! Mis Niñas is the way to go in and around Middletown. You won't be disappointed!
