You are not the only one to feel how you feel or be where you are at. Just because you feel alone does not mean that you actually are.
I am a momtreprenuer. I craft, sew, cook watch makeup tutorials run a beauty business mother a wonderful little fairy princess named Harmony.
A lot of people enter into the beauty industry thinking it's easy, and they are going to make a shit ton of money no sweat. Um NO. This is a lot of hard work, and education, I mean like math and chemistry.
My career is my gift, my calling and my purpose but it is also incredibly entangled in my personal life. Creating healthy boundaries can be difficult, especially when you are trying to do that with the people paying your bills. Learning to say no and stand by it, taking criticism and sacrificing your artistic pride is all part of this crazy world.
This is my real life Beauty journey, it's a rhythm a kind of feeling. When you know a client needs more than a haircut or anything superficial at all, what I do is look into peoples lives and tell them where to shine the light so they can see their own beauty and the value in their journey with her as well.
I chose haircolor for many reasons. It was a big risk but it has been a big win for me as well. An exit strategy is key in this world and I'm excited to help others both beauty professionals and clients alike as part of my exit/not really plan.
