Thank you, Mel for everything you have done to make sure my husband’s final days on this earth were nothing short of amazing ! To God be the glory !! May God continue to bless you and your staff exceedingly and more abundantly above all. My husbands day was beautiful. It was a beautiful day and I am glad I was able to share his day with you and your staff. The staff was professional and they were sincere from the beginning till his Last day! Mel and his staff went above and beyond for me and my family and I will never forget this amazing experience bc you all made it easier, simple and affordable! Sending you and your staff so much love
Called to inquire about a stand-alone funeral service. Spoke with the director, Yolanda who was one of the coldest, most unprofessional people I’ve spoken with while going thru the process of making arrangements for my brother. There weren’t any offers of condolence or the faintest hint of costumer service. If you’re looking for someone who lacks empathy during your time of grief, this may be the place for you. Everyone has bad days, but you should strive to do your job with Grace and humility.
This place is in the wrong location, if they do cremation it should be done outside city limits because it smells as if they are cremating here.. wrong
This funeral home have some trash directors . They need to hire some new ones it obvious they so comfortable and they will treat everyone like they want . It's not fair to my mother she was dedicated to working she worked hard for her family and they had her for a month without her service .i hope no one family has to go through any of this with there family or loved one.
My uncle passed away suddenly, and David helped with all the details. Everyone was very kind, and when we could not have the viewing at the cemetery they graciously let us use one of their viewing rooms. I recommend this funeral home
David was very caring & extremely helpful with our arrangements.
A very caring staff, with respect and dignity
