For the most part, they do a good job, but anytime I pay for the extra ultimate car wash, I never feel like I get my money’s worth. They don’t wipe down the inside of the door jam nor do they pop the trunk to wipe down around the door. They also don’t lift the wipers to clean the bottom of the front window. It’s just not detailed enough and I always end up wiping it all down myself when I leave. The first time I noticed this happened, I mentioned it to a manager who wiped everything down himself, but clearly there isn’t any spot checking to see the inconsistencies.Services: Wheel washing

I kept an open mind about trying this location, and it started out good. The young man that greeted me explained why a service would be a better option than the higher priced before of the type of interior I have. When my car came out of the wash, they drove my car over the speed bump with so much speed that I thought they were going to scratch the entire bottom of it. What infuriated me the most was that the inside of my vehicle was not cleaned. Only the carpets were vacuumed. I spent $30+ for an outside wash and carpets vacuumed. Ridiculous....

Paid $40 for the ultimate car wash and the outside of my car is still dirty. They also didn’t vacuum very well and didn’t even wipe the windshield, doors or dash. I asked the young kid with curly blonde hair to wipe some stuff down and he did a better job. I knew my car was bad going in which is why we paid for the most expensive wash and gave a $20 tip but they did horrific job. I told the girl at the front desk and she said to tell them to do it again but by then there were at least 6 other cars waiting.Services: Wheel washing

I have used the services here for well over a decade. However it’s been about a year since our last visit because we haven’t been satisfied with the service. Today we brought in our vehicle to give another chance and once again we’re disappointed. I’ve attached pics but with the sun and reflections it’s tough to show just how poorly the job was done. Windshield has wipe marks all over, none of the doors were vacuumed or wiped, the rear area of vehicle had the mat cleaned but nothing vacuumed. Truly disappointed, again. Total cost $41.91.

Called to inquire about car detail just now and was met with extreme attitude from the lady that answered the phone. My husband stopped by on the weekend for a detail they said they were full and in his words "the guy did not seem like he was interested in the business" and when I called back to see about coming back for a detail today I can fully see exactly what he is talking about with the we do not care about your business attitude. We have been customers for years and will never return. Heed the reviews from customers on here that are not valued by this business in the least.

Could care less about breaking your windshield wipers… then the wash and vacuum are always rushed and not done well. I do not recommend this spot.

By far, the worst car wash EVER!! I paid for the ultimate $34.99 that is the total package, including interior. After the vacuuming, it was all down hill after that. Nothing, and I mean nothing was done on the inside - no dusting, no wiping of the dashboards, seats, doors, etc. The inside windshield was not touched at all and I can go on. The owners have HS kids out there and all they knew how to do was spray the tires with armor all, and wipe the tires. I honestly don’t even know if I got the exterior “wash” that I paid for. I thought about going inside, but then I remembered that the cashier was also a HS kid. The owners are probably on a boat somewhere! Please take ownership and be responsible for the service you’re supposed to provide to paying customers. Upset and highly disappointed. The single star was strictly because I can not give a 1/4 star! Will not recommend and will never go back, even if they offer me a complimentary car wash. NO THANKS! Date 8/6/22 @ 330-4PM!

Had a whole bunch of love bugs on the front of my truck that were a pain to get off, I was skeptical how it would look after the wash but man did my truck come out looking as new as the day I bought it, 40$ well spent!! Awesome job

I have been using this car wash for well over 25 years and I find it to be reliable and efficient... I have gotten to know several of these gentlemen by name because they've been here long enough to know my name..i know several of these gentlemen by name because they've been here long enough to know my name and thy are absolutely trustworthy in a world according to me.
