Mission Coffee Roasters
"Local coffee roaster, coffeehouse, cafe, co-working space, conference rooms, meeting space, white boards, 55” flat screen, private meeting rooms, great place to relax, meet a friend, or get some work done with the high speed WiFi. All coffee fresh roasted in the cafe on a Diedrich roaster, founder used to work for the Diedrich family from 91 to 96. Great coffee. Look for Mission Coffee Roasters on the shelf at Whole Foods Markets in the coffee aisle since 2005. See you soon at Mission Coffee Roasters in Colorado Springs!"

Super friendly welcoming baristas. I hate to say that the coffee was over extracted making it bitter with a burnt taste. It’s an easy fix- just have to know to pay attention to the grind and tamp.Food: 3/5
I got a café mocha. Coffee prices are moderate and dairy alternatives cost $0.95. My drink was a bit on the bitter side but they offer sugar and splenda to help with that. I was a bit disappointed with how much foam there was, though I expect some foam, there was a good inch of it, which seems a tad excessive for me. I recommend if you want ALL the beverage you pay for to request your drink without foam. The woman who helped me was willing to answer my questions but a bit pushy in a way that made me feel unwelcome. I was told they have gluten free foods but they sold out for the day, this may indeed be the case but I arrived in the early morning and with how not crowded they were I felt uneasy about that answer. There are only a few places to sit and even those seem to struggle for space. I did not feel welcome and was glad to drink my coffee in my car. On a positive note, the caffeine is very potent and I felt it's effects for many hours.
Perfect little coffee shop, the ladies working there are so nice, kind and helpful. We came here for the first time using the Crafts and Drafts passport and we can't wait to come back! The price are affordable and my mocha latte was the best one I've ever had. Super recommended!!
On our way to Colorado Springs national park we stopped at Mission Coffee Roasters and loved it. The place was quite busy 10:40am , the staff was friendly and their coffee was wonderful. I took the honey lavender latte with oat milk. Their gluten free options were limited though.
The primary judge of any coffee shop should be the quality of its brew. And on this point, Mission does very very well. I had to pour over and it was expertly prepared and very good. In fact, the entire experience was A+. Staff was friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. The seating area had ample plug-ins, comfortable places for work or to relax and it was a good overall atmosphere. The views out the picture window of the Rocky Mountains was beautiful. I would definitely recommend and hope to return.
Who doesn't love delicious coffee? Especially when buying it helps support a fantastic local establishment with a great cause. Mission Coffee always has a great selection of drinks and pastries and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. The location is out of the way to get to but it's worth it!
I love coffee! And I love a good coffee. I’ve gone to Mission Coffee Roasters several times and was extremely pleased with each visit! Personnel was incredibly friendly and helpful with their menu options! They have precautions in place in case you want to stay in the shop to enjoy your coffee during the pandemic. It’s not only about coffee but about the snacks too! You can find multiple different scones to try and burritos as well. Last time I got a chocolate raspberry scone, wish I got two! Tables are far enough from each other so you can comfortably enjoy your coffee.
Great coffee and great service! Nice area to sit and relax. Staff also very friendly. Will definitely return. Updated review... i originally awarded 5 stars, just downgraded to 4. As we sat enjoying reading and our coffee, one employee started vacuuming the sitting area. Earlier, another employee was walking around taking down Xmas decorations. There was still over an prior to closing. While I appreciate a clean area, I also appreciate a business doing that when no customers are present. I will still return as I think this is a very nice place.
Unfortunately the slowest coffee service in Colorado if not the USA I have experienced. Given this place a good go about ten times and every time I’m waiting 15-20 mins for a coffee even when there is just a few customers. So don’t come here if you’re inpatient or need to be somewhere quick. One of the young girls working in there is spinning in circles and really struggles to multi task and should not be left on her own to serve. I have seen so many frustrated customers in the ten visits. Last coffee the other day tasted like a luke warm milk shake, was very disappointing after waiting for 20 mins. Not exactly the quad shot espresso I was expecting. Won’t be coming here again. To add, If you opened an hour or two earlier in the morning you’d attract so many more customers. Update - went back again to give this place another go. Super friendly service but coffee is a let down.. again. Asked for a flat white and I got a large cup of white. Please train your staff on how to make coffee.
The coffee house is a great local place. They sell some of the best coffees and teas in Colorado Springs,CO. Their food is amazing, too. It is a cozy place. It is always clean. The sevice is always good. The teas is always hot and hits the spot. I also love how this place gives back to their community and does brag about it. It you are looking for a good local coffee house with great coffee. Stop here and bag a bag of coffee as a gift, too.
