It is a strength and conditioning program based on these functional movements and can be scaled to all levels. One thing you will notice about our gym, when compared to a Globo Gym, is the lack of machines. At Mission CrossFit, you are the machine, and you need plenty of space to do it. Instead, in our 6,400 square foot facility, you will find 3 spacious training areas with plenty of room to move around. Tons of room to run, flip tires, throw medicine balls, jump, and lift weights.
