I can’t say this is the worst business I ever had to deal with, but it is near the top of the list. When I ask a question I expect to get accurate information, I expect to have my call returned promptly and I expect a simple request to be met. I stopped by a few weeks before my brother died to get some information. I chose your location because his best friend is Catholic and would a Catholic burial. At that meeting I was given all the information I requested. Who to call, cost and location of plots. I specifically asked about the availability of a room for a reception and I was told there are two rooms and one would be available. When we were making arrangement for the service I requested the use of a reception room and I was told that they weren’t available due to Covid. I had to then find and alternative quickly. After the service I noticed that one of the reception rooms was setup for a reception. So were they not available for me but someone else could use them? When I called it was very difficult if not impossible to get some to answer my questions. If I left a message I never, never got a return call. Just a note, I make it a point to always be courteous to people on the phone and In person. I do this so they would not hesitate to call, even with bad news. The day before I was leaving on a trip I called to see if the Death Certificate was available. I had to leave a message and as usual no one called back. That same day I had to drive to my deceased brother’s home near the cemetery. After I returned home I called again and after being transferred several times found out that the Death Certificate was in fact finished. The person I talked to had to go ask someone every time I asked a question. Why wouldn’t the person in charge come to the phone? Since I was home by then I asked them to mail the certificate. To my astonishment they wouldn’t. That meant another one-hour drive to pick it up.
HORRIBLE place to lay your loved ones!! They gladly take your money to bury your family but when it comes to maintenance on the lot sprinklers they turn the other cheek, the WHOLE cemetery is dry DUE to watering restrictions, which i get, BUT theres a MIRACLE THE GRASS around the OFFICE is SUPER GREEEEEEEEEEEN, explain that one...
They are HORRIBLE! MY FATHER HAS BEEN HELD HOSTAGE at this funeral home! He's been there 22 DAYS and they are REFUSING TO DO THE DEATH CERTIFICATE! He was supposed to be donated to science but they took their time and refused to do the paperwork and he was no longer viable. My dad's last request and it's not even possible anymore. Please PLEASE PLEASE stay AWAY FROM VICTOR! He ignored the phone calls from the science center! For people going through the most difficult time...I CAN'T IMAGINE anyone else going through this. Now they are going to cremate him for us as if WE SHOULD BE THANKING THEM?! I hope NO ONE had to go through what my family has gone through. Please go somewhere else, they lack the empathy towards families in grieving.
We purchased 3 niches while preparing to lay my mom to rest. They had no problem taking our money but we have had no assistance with getting the services set up. I have left multiple messages and not received any calls back except from a young lady that cannot help me with the services. The niches were purchased a month ago and we still have not been able to have a service. I'm sure Covid will be the excuse. We have been going through the pandemic for two years, you figure they would have adapted by now.
Beautiful service but extremely impolite staff. Wouldn’t recommend you hold your services there.
Very nice place to rest on peace
