Nice store, convenient and decent selection. Disappointed to find a 15% auto tip when you tap. I was not informed there was an auto tip only asked if I wanted a copy of my receipt. How many times have I paid this without getting a receipt?
The staff seem bothered by clients coming in, ive maybe gotten a " hi" 2 out of 5 times ratio. Then the biggest thing is they ask for a tip on the debit / credit. Ive worked in the liquor business and Tips are a privilage NOT. a right. However at least try to earn it.
This place automatically adds a 15% tip without authorization - for so-called extra service by a cashier doing nothing but ringing in the purchase - for just doing their job. I’ll never set foot in this place again and will encourage my friends and family to avoid. Consumers have choices, and will boycott unscrupulous merchants. This is an unscrupulous merchant.
Sadly, the reviews below that are a knee-jerk reaction to defamatory and ill-informed "news" reporting are equally ill-informed. You cannot pay until you manually pass the tip screens on the debit machine. It will not accept your card until you have done so. You have every opportunity to read it, and its up to you to put 0$ or 3000%, no one else. Accept some personal responsibility the next time you are stumbling mindlessly through life buying your whiteclaws. Argue all you want about whether it is moral to have a tip option in this setting, but they are far from the only store doing so. There is no automatic gratuity. Get your facts straight, and grow up.
Nice little liquor store, selection isn't really great. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Be aware of their sneaky 15% tip they try and get you to pay, especially if you use the tap function on your card. Super shady!
I absolutely love their selection of BC craft beer. Great selection of spirits and wine too. They support local. Prices are definitely reasonable. Staff has always been friendly. They also take covid precautions.
Stopped here for some delicious spirits. Staff is friendly and professional. Prices are fair and selection is not bad.
