This is the best facility to safely and happily place your loved ones. The cleanest, most loving, caring team I have ever seen. I toured so many facilities in OC, and this by far the best, cleanest and safest facility I’ve been to. The entire team is beyond awesome, you don’t have to ask for any help because they are 100% attentive to your loved one, which make you sleep sound at night. When I arrive in the morning my dad is already showered, shaved and changed in clean clothing with teeth brushed and medication taken. I recently had knee replacement surgery at 59 yrs old. Due to my domestic living environment I was unable to return home as I had nobody there to assist me. I was approved to be transferred to Mission Palms to be treated until I was able to care for myself. I have had various injuries and even open heart surgery in my past. I am acutely aware of most pain medications. I know what I need and what works for me. I tried to be proactive and arranged to have a pain management doctor and met with him prior to surgery where I asserted my concerns regarding pain management. Well it appeared within the first few days that my pain Dr had ignored my urgent concerns and the level of medication and the time between doses was extremely conservative. I was suffering horribly. The staff could only follow the orders from my doctor. Trying to be kind and not completely lose my mind, I demanded to speak with the person in charge. A very kind and understanding lady named Kim Do who I assume was part of the Administration staff came to visit me She sat down with me and with a pen and a pad asked me to tell her exactly what I needed. I told her exactly what I needed and she very sincerely promised to help me. Within only a matter of a few hours my medication needs were approved and I was able to endure the 3 weeks that I stayed there with tolerable pain. The entire staff each and every employee were always friendly and attentive. I am deeply and sincerely full of gratitude for Kim Do and the entire staff at Mission Palms for walking with me through one of the darkest hours of my life.
My dad has been getting physical therapy here and I can really see the improvement. Jasper and his rehab team works hard and takes very good care of him. I would highly recommend this center.

My 94 year-old mother was discharged from the hospital with a very critical condition due to her loss of appetite. She stayed at Mission Palms for almost two months and was able to overcome her poor appetite. She was pleased with friendly staff, and enjoyed newspapers delivered to her room. Receptionists , Trang Doan, and Mila were very courteous and helpful. Social worker, Kimberly Dao is exceptionally professional and compassionate. Words can’t explain the peace-of-mind that Kim Do gave me during the fist contact with the center. Between visits I remembered friendly staff, Khoa Tran and Hong, who work so hard to take care of my mother and patients during visitation with family members.
I am writing this regarding my father Davis Trinh. He was staying at Mission Palm for the past 3 months due to broken shoulder . My Dad was quite happy with the wonderful staffs . They treat my Dad like family : Kimberlyadministration is very knowledgeable , nice & helpful . The front desk staffs : Linh , Trang are so friendly ! The physical therapist staffs work so hard to help my Dad recover from the injury quickly ! All the nurses Ngoc , etc... & patient assistances are so dedicated & caring for their patients . Our family trust Mission Palm & we have peace of mind that my Dad was well taking care off while staying there . I sincerely thank you all the staffs for their hard work & dedication toward patient care and well being . I will recommend Mission Palm to people I know if they need a rehab facility in the future .
