Tore down trailers on various lots in 2021. Glass is still on all the empty lots. Complaints were made but nothing was really done except for the caution tape on only 1 lot. With numerous emails and calls to corporate about the issue management ignored the issues and. One dog I use to have got cut on the class. As well as a child and my other dog. Nothing has still been done to resurface the lots to make them safe for the community. The new maintenance man has been rude on multoccasions and has used threats. When you talk to them make sure you have a body cam on. The managers husband also came up and harassed me and was very rude when I was out looking for my lost dog. Nothing is ever done about the gun shots or the people living I nthe park that have guns and some residents have live traps that are not supose to be allowed in the park. There's so many things a few get away with that goes against the lease in this park, but others arnt allowed to. So wishy washy with certain people. Not very nice when questions are asked about rule violations. Management goes off hearsay.

They have definitely fixed this place up sense I was a kid. Alot of brand new trailers and the staff is nice. Have family that lives here

Isn't the prettiest mobile home park but it is decent for the population and diversity. The majority of people keep to themselves and will lend a helping hand. There are however some troublesome youth arising here . The management of the park has been reselected in the recent year or two and is now taking a turn for the better !

Better office lady new maintence man trailer parks looking better then ever with the new people running it. whats best is the bike path is not that far way great for the 4th of july or for family walks or fishing.

Cleanest mobile home park around. And the staff are great!

I am there frequently as my friend lives there the park in general is very clean and neat and the Lots seem to be well maintained

I like the area, close to the river. Slow, park like setting. Pleasant people, and quiet. Neat area..
