We were RVing, and were staying at this lovely KOA, when we experienced a window failure, which could have sidelined our trip to Yellowstone. The owner/manager and his staff went above and beyond to assist us in repairing our RV, and getting us on our way. Their kindness and care was greatly appreciated, and will not be forgotten. The entire staff was so friendly, we felt a though we had made new friends there. When we return through Missoula, we will definitely book at this delightful KOA again! The grounds were spotless and well maintained, and we enjoyed the sparkling swimming pool, and challenging put-put course... Thanks again, KOA Missoula!!
Very nice rv park! They have something for everyone! Lots of pretty flowers & LOTS of honeybees in some spots on the ground near dog parks. Bees are a very good thing……unless it’s where you’re walking your dog. Ours was stung on his foot. Just be watchful.Location: 5/5
We this KOA. Staff is great, sites are level, bathrooms and laundry are clean, THREE dog parks, an inviting pool, nice playground for kids, and lots of stores and restaurants within a few minutes walk. This is our second time staying and we highly recommend it and will stay again if we get back up this way!Service: 5/5
Been here twice and will come again. Great service and helpful staff. Great amenities like pool, hot tub, game room, store, etc Room in cabin was good and the tent space the other night was unique and fun - they delivered wood to my site. Overall recommended.Rooms: 5/5
Stayed one night July 22, 2023 at this location. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location of the park was very easy to find. Most expensive overnight fee we encountered during our 30 day rv road trip. Spaces were so close I had to be careful putting out the slides. A gravel alley would have been an upgrade.Service: 4/5
This campground is close to town but once you pull in, you'd never know it. Trees and green grass make it seem like you're way out of town. Super clean park with beautiful laundry rooms and sparkling bathrooms. Friendly staff. Nice pool and hot tub area.Rooms: 5/5
We were very fortunate that they had an opening left for us as we called so late in the afternoon. Beautiful campground very well maintained. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. The staff was so helpful and very friendly.Service: 5/5
Was told I couldn’t enter the premises because I would coming in late at night due to a late arriving flight, and that there would be no issuance of any kind of refund under any circumstances. Hopefully you get a different person on the phone who has any semblance of customer service. I was always skeptical about KOA’s and this cemented my desire to never stay at one for the rest of my life. Quite though and they had apples growing on the trees. Lots of bunnies running around too. Other campers were pleasant
Typical KOA, well run, efficient, had all the tent camping amenities we needed. I liked the lighted and covered picnic table. The only downside in my opinion is the location, it is in the middle of a busy city area which creates a lot of city sounds e.g. trucks, motorcycles, deliveries, etc.Rooms: 4/5
I don't normally give 5 stars. Generally means too perfect. But, thus KOA is!! 2nd stay here and all is swell. Well maintained, very friendly, clean and nice. Location is perfect. Missoula is awesome!Service: 5/5
