Horrible service. First the Asian lady basically said I had no common sense and she was insulting and demeaning. Then the second time they gave away my 1:00 appointment to the 1:30 appointment because I made a mistake so needed to refil the paperwork for one sons passport application. When I asked if they could just process the other child's application they said it was already too late... it was 1:04. Then the other lady left by 1:30 but they were nowhere to be found. Lazy and rude. When I realized I made another mistake my husband asked for another application and they said they were busy doing other things. All in all, stereotypical government workers. Shame they give actual government workers a bad name. Maybe they need a passport to take a vacation
If you meet the lady named Anh Huynh here, I'm so sorry, you are an UNLUCKY one. She is super rude and careless. She asked you many questions just for a drop off package - "is that any weapon, explosion, blah blah..." even there are so many people waiting in the line. and then rudely through you package no matter you have a note LIVE FISH or FRAGILE. She is not friendly at all. My case is even worse. It's nearly 5pm and she denied to receive my package after rotate and drop many times because I ship live betta fish, I told her I shipped fish many times before with no problems, on the website USPS offer ship live fish as long as I pack it carefully. C'mon this is my business of course I know how to pack it right but she just said NO and ask me to upgrade my shipment to express. My fish was make a 5 days trek from TX to NY many times then why I need to pay you extra money this time? This lady is supper silly and waste my time so I decide to have a fast run to another USPS location and people there happily receive my package, also very careful because they know inside is a live fish. I hope you can see this review Anh Huynh and please spend you time and read carefully the USPS regulations before talking to the customers. Thank you.
I have used this Post Office for several years. I have always found them to be fast and efficient, and they know their products very well. My last two visits last week were the usual fast, efficient visit.
Terrible service, Dirty, Outdated and falling apart building. Had an appointment for a passport for which the confirmation requested you arrive at least 10 minutes early, we arrived 20 minutes early. Appointment was 40 minutes late, no apology just got told they were running late....so there over an hour before seeing anyone. Needs better management for sure and a mega face-lift.
12:39 p.m on Oct 5 2022 had 2 Lazy workers at this location send us back to the location that states is an annex and doesnt handle our situation. We were sent to sugarland, sugarland us to this location. This location is sending us back to the annex... It looks the another Govt office only hires people that cant pass a badic test.. DEPLORABLE!
This is for precision doors. Not the post office. I don't know how i did that nor how to fix the buisness name. However, it appears that James messed up. The doors anre in a bind and precision doors has to come back out to refix them. 9/8/2022. We called and they sent a technician that said we needed a new spring on the garage door. He gave us a quote for both doors at $1300.00, or the price for just one door. We called them back for both doors and when he came back to fix them he said that he didn't have the parts on the truck, he left us and we never heard back from him nor the company. A couple weeks went by, we called them back and they sent out James Y. He was nice, professional and very apologetic for the 1st technician. He had both doors fixed in about four and a half hours. So the company I give four stars but James gets five stars from us.
Great service, kind, polite. No wait Thursday 2:15pm. Had the exact Snoopy stamps I was looking for.
I don’t get how two packages can leave the same address at the same time and the one going to my house gets to me 2 days faster than the one that is coming to my PO Box. The whole point in getting the PO Box was to get my items in a more timely safer and more secure location but apart fly not. Tracking says the package arrived at post office, tha. It says out for delivery then it says arrived at post office. The. When I get there they say you have to wait for the pink slip. Like stop playing with me.
We arrived early for our passport appointment and while we waited in the outside lobby area, we noticed how dirty everything was. Mountains of dust and dirt piled up in the corners. It looked like the floors had not been mopped in years. The windows and P.O. boxes were very dirty. No supplies at all in that area. It seems like it needs new management. The passport person eventually called my name about 15 min late but once we started our appointment, it only took about 10 minutes. We had our paperwork in order. I understand if maybe they're short staffed and you have to wait a bit but there's no excuse for a filthy Government building.
Cynthia Scott, supervisor is a waste of space. My certified letter mailed from here over two weeks ago still in transit to next facility per tracking. She has no explanation other than "That happens." I've filed 2 care tracks online for letter 10 miles destination, no luck and ask I return to MoCity for assistance. Cynthia says check online again. Today I mailed another copy certify from different station, paying another $8.00. Fingers crossed
