Absolutely terrible. I can't get medical care. You can't talk to anyone to make an appointment! Ever! Try calling the phone number and see! Will someone from the VA please help us?

The staff was friendly and no waiting time good place for veterans to get treated

Nobody ever answers the main office number. You have to physically go there in person to cancel or change an appointment. The staff does not care about the Veterans. They are only there to collect a paycheck.

Awesome! Not the regular VA I've seen around the country! This VA clinic is unlike any other clinic or hospital in Wyoming, Michigan, Utah or Iowa. I'll really miss the people and high quality of care here when I move back to Wyoming

I have been to other VA clinics around the US and this clinic is by far the worst. Labs or X-rays ordered will never be followed up on by your primary care physician if you can even get a appointment. Appointment are usually cancelled because your primary care physician is usually out that day.

Nobody ever picks up the phone

Great place that always has appts quickly. Staff is friendly also.
