- Advanced Dance & Gymnastics (Ages 6yrs+)

OUR GYMNASTICS/TUMBLING CLASSES MAY INCLUDE:
Front/back/straddle rolls, cartwheels, handstands, front/back walkovers, front/back handsprings, aerials, front/back tucks, skills on the double mini & trampoline, jumping into the foam pit, stretching, core strengthening, etc!
OUR DANCE CLASSES MAY INCLUDE:
Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Musical Theatre, Lyrical, Hip-Hop, Contemporary, Modern, Pointe, stretching, core strengthening, Yoga, Pilates, etc!
Our dance & gymnastics student's have the opportunity to perform several times a year at local festivals/events, nursing homes, annual Spring Recital (May) & Christmas Recital (December)!!
