I really like this car wash. The employees have always been helpful if I ever needed anything. I also love the free towels and cleaner provided. I only wish the spinning cloth at the end would work when I go through there. My windshield is always wet right in the middle where I’m too short to reach.

Not the same level of service as before. Young staff indoors eating, staff did not prewash headlights or tail lights which has always been part of the service. Wash bay drop down drying equipment was not working again. Disappointed to pay the price for full service but receiving less.

In Chicago the price for a basic wash is 4 dollars, here it's 10! Overpriced. Update: resolve my issue? You're overpriced... that's all. You are 6 dollars more per wash that even Chicago prices!!! Drop your prices... that's how you can resolve it. Besides... Take 5 would indicated a 5 dollar price point, not 10 dollars to start. You guys are WAY overpriced. Scott and crew are always great! We come almost daily and they are always helpful and friendly! $20 a month with unlimited washes can’t be beat. Excellent customer service and a clean, clean vehicle! Highly recommend!
Today was my first time at Take5 and Mufasa greeted me with such a big smile, great attitude, and kindness! All in all, the outstanding service and great vacuums this is definitely a place to come back to!!
Pleasantly surprised by the quick response of attendants to assist with purchase and guidance through the car wash. Nice facility and conveniently located near Walmart Neighborhood Market so I can shop and get a car wash in the same area.
MUCH better execution than it’s previous owners. Well worth the money! They keep the microfiber cloths coming, so I don’t have to bring my own anymore! But PLEASE BRING BACK THE CAR MAT CLEANERS lol. And I liked having a vending machine to get car fresheners! Please provide something similar again too!
