My car is clean! But it’s also super scratched up! Part of the hood and a lot of the trunk is scratched like crazy! I guess if you have a beater and you need to get cleaned, go for it. But if you don’t like having scratches, I recommend just hand washing your car….

We have been going to Mr. Car Wash for the last couple of years and I have to say they are a great place. Most everyone is so sweet and friendly. I am so impressed with the the young people you hire. We are also very happy with the wash. It comes out great everytime.

I really don’t need someone walking up to my car as soon as I pull up just fishing for tips. They don’t even do anything to get a tip. I mean, if you vacuum my car out I’ll slide some generous gratuity, but not for you to point to the neutral sign and guide me into the wash. Not happening. Pay your employees so they don’t have to beg.

Waited for a while before workers frantically ran out of the building and started up the car wash. At the same time, large truck pulled up next in line and we were almost hit by the truck because employee directed him in the car wash right on our bumper. I just don’t know how well their employees are trained on sending cars through the car wash- huge liability.

This location is so much better over the last few weeks!!  They have a new person, Evan, that is amazing. I just bought the Unlimited Wash program and I am loving it!!  No matter where I am at there is a Mister Car Wash around that I can run my car through even though this is my favorite location.  Their Unlimited Car Wash plan is the way to go!  I’ve had no problems at all. They even helped me get rid of the love bugs when I came back from Florida!!

Always love going here. The CSR is great. I get so nervous going through the Carwash. I love how they have someone to help you. Mister Car wash make it so much easier. Thanks.

Dont like the fact that Paradise Cove was bought out by Mister Car Wash. Subpar service, high prices and nothing to show for it! If you're looking for the same service, amenities and even cheaper prices, visit Wash Me Fast in Kennesaw! Excellent!

Took our truck through Mr car Wash today in Dallas when we got home we had to wash the truck because it was dirtier than when we bought it there $20 and our truck is filthy & the car wash itself smelled bad while going through it.  As you can see the reply from the company is to go to the website but there's nothing on the website directing you to complaints?Service:&nbsp;Auto detailing

The only location I frequent because it's clean, friendly staff and the vacuums actually have a good suction.
