Started coming to Mister Car Wash after I got a free car wash coupon from Peterson Toyota. Was a little bit out-of-the-way but well worth my visit. I have never seen a friendlier bunch of people then the crew at Mister Car Wash.  What impressed me right off the bat was their offer to remove my antenna so it would not get damaged. This does not happen at other car washes in the Boise area that I have visited.  Please open a new car wash in the Eagle area and you will have my business every other week!

Not only is my truck nice a clean, JJ and Ricky were absolutely incredible! They truly did make my experience outstanding! I will be going back just to see both of them! Thank you guys so much! Everyone needs a Ricky and JJ working for them! I’ll be sending all my friends!

I’m a fan. Their monthly membership keeps my car clean and keeps me happy. Plenty of locations and fairly decent clean for a drive thru wash. I’ll continue to purchase monthly memberships

One of the biggest reasons why I chose Mister over the other washes in the valley is their Unlimited Wash Membership that gives you access to all of their locations nationwide. The only reason for the four stars is that the car isn't always fully clean after the wash with very visible dirt usually on the windows.

Everything’s great but there’s no place to wash the floor mat.

For sure will DAMAGE your vehicle. I do not recommend. Our side mirror had no damage to it prior to going in and came out falling apart. Be aware. They will review the "video" but will say that your vehicle was damage prior even if it wasn't. Also wants you to tip prior to the wash. Not sure what the tip was for since they don't do anything except press the button on which level wash you want, which you could push the button yourself. Save your car/truck and save the headache. DON'T GO HERE.

I wish they would bring back interior . We miss this so much. I love going here for the vacuums and the extra wash if you need it.

My friend who’s preparing to move out of state, took her car to this car wash and the car wash completely ripped off her top break light which apparently is going to be $500 to fix. Kaitlin Kent the supposed manager, did not have the terms of service anywhere for the average consumer to see, instead she had it posted in a back room for employees to see? Doesn’t make any sense. She also said she will not be held liable for the damages, did not provide a receipt luckily my friend paid with a card, and told them to leave the property or she would call the police? All they wanted to do was pick up the pieces of their car and take photos. Instead they were harassed by the management to get off the property, probably so they couldn’t prove the damage came from the car wash. Too bad for Kaitlin Kent because we have photos with the location and time stamp.  I wouldn’t come here unless you want your $8 car wash to end up being $500+ and to be verbally abused by the management. Thanks to Kaitlin Kent, this struggling family will have to drive to their new home in their newly broken vehicle.

I got these scratches from going thru the car wash but they determined it wasn't their fault.  Horrible place honestly.  I have few friends that had the samething happened. I wish I listened and never got the membership
