I have signed up a couple of times during the winter for unlimited washes.  The problem is canceling when I do not want the monthly fee.  It is difficult to do so one racks up charges without the benefit of washes.  I live out of state and cannot simply drop by.  The local location will not answer the phone.  Calling the corporate line always has at least a 30 minute wait and after being on hold 10 minutes they hang up.  Very poor customer service, the wash is not great and the vacuums weak.

The line looked long when I arrived but it moved quickly.  The employee who helped me select and pay for my wash was knowledgeable and kind.  My car came out looking great.  I highly recommend it!

Love how friendly and happy the staff always is! Seriously not common in this day and age.  Car wash itself works great.  The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is because the vacuums are weak and they don’t have a mat washer like take 5.  If they improved those two things it would be 5 stars all the way!

I used to use this business. last year I called the business when someone in their parking lot with a blower was blowing the small rocks, sand and dirt out into the street onto the passing cars. This had stopped until this spring, two times this month I have driven past and had my car hit with someone in their parking lot blowing the rocks sand dirt and dirt out into the street onto the cars passing by. I emailed corporate twice without response. WHY is this business so inconsiderate to potentially ding up paint and dirty cars using a blower near the road. You would think that this business would be more considerate of the cars driving by their business.

This is a terrible spot for a car wash, the employees are friendly but it’s super awkward to be asked if I want to leave a tip. For what? Pay your workers a living wage and stop that, it’s gross. The vacuums are a joke. Made the mistake of pulling into a parking spot and got cut in line to use them so I just had to hang out in the way while a bunch of people were piling up behind me. Even with construction on 300 west I would opt for that location, unless they are doing the tip thing now also this one is a joke.

The membership makes keeping my car clean easier. I enjoy the couple of minutes going through the wash, I play a great song and watch the colors, bubbles, brushes and blowers.

Fast and convenient,  but I really wish they could figure out how to get the back of my vehicles clean.

My husband and I used these guys for a couple years while we were in Utah — loved that we were able to simply drive through and get a solid wash, it was always great for after getting back from a snowy day when the car was covered in salt. But the real reason I’m giving them five stars is because after we moved, we called them to cancel. Not only did they make it SO easy — they gave us a refund for the two months since we had stopped using it, without even being asked or prompted. I was extremely impressed. There’s something to be said for how well a company handles losing a customer, and Mister Car Wash genuinely went above and beyond with that.Services:&nbsp;Auto detailing

I went through here with my brand new car. The workers were not looking at me or my car and were talking to each other while continuing to motion me through the wash...they kept motioning me over and over to until my car went over something and hit it, then was quickly jolted back. To no surprise I got out of my car and yep, fresh scrapes on my brand new rims. I filed a claim and to no surprise they called me nearly two weeks later to tell me it was not their fault. While they took no blame, the gal ADMITTED to me on the phone that their camera was really blurry so it was hard to tell if their equipment scraped my rim AND she said they are retraining the workers who she admitted were not paying attention... all of this and I get nothing in return? No compensation, no responsibility? I will not be going to any Mister again and I strong discourage people from going if you care about your car.
