Never coming here again. Clear damage done to my car and Travis manager was not willing to do anything for me. He stated there was “evidence of previous damage” even though I have no idea what previous damage exists. Even if he wasn’t willing to take the blame for the damage, I would’ve hoped he would’ve come up with some solution to satisfy the customer. I felt very dismissed and he did not seem to care. After this incident, my friend told me of her ski rack that was damaged TWICE in this wash. That’s enough evidence for me, I’ll take my business elsewhere. For now, this piece is holding on by zip ties as I am not in a place to be able to fix it.
Been a long time member, but recently the drying towels at the end have been damaging my wipers almost to the point I have to replace every 2 washes. It bends my driver wiper every time after 2 bends it breaks and I have to replace. Definitely needs an adjustment. Thanks again for another bent wiper. Well, canceled my plan today after being a member for several years. Sorry to say, but Quick quack is more affordable and gives a better wash.
Went through the car wash first time around and I don't know if it was something wrong with the machine or if my car was off centered a little bit, but it didn't do a proper job as if it was just off a little. I did bring this up to the rep at the gate and they let me have another car wash which did fix the issue. The only thing I have as a gripe is that they really need to fix the vacuum systems here. I don't know if one of the vacuums as a whole and is causing the suction to not have as much volume but when multiple people are using the vacuum base you're losing power for your vacuums and your not capable of grabbing anything off of the floor. I will hope to come back and this problem is rectified with a vacuums, but thank you again for at least rewashing the vehicle.
Not impressed. No pre wash spray or scrub, no towels provided at the end to avoid water spots, weak vacuums, no pressurized air, no spray for glass. For nearly $30 I had hoped my car would look clean or these things would be provided for me to do on my own. Instead I paid $30 for a rinse and my car is still dirty. Find a different car wash.
Good drive though car wash. best deal is to get the monthly pass if you was your car 2 or 3 times a month.
Didn't do much at all after a 14 dollar car wash
Never used the carwash, But I've used the Free public vacuums to clean out my car. Wish they had a little more suction to get in the hard to reach places.
This is THE best car wash I've ever been to. It's like five minutes for a wash, there's never a line, they have free vacuums outside. A few weeks ago one of the employees came out, introduced himself and invited me to use their interior cleaning stations. The interior cleaning stations are open FREE for customers to use. I basically get to entirely detail my new car, every week, for a whole $32/mo or whatever.
Always clean! They have a beautiful covered area with vacuum's to wipe your car in the shade!
I was at the 9534 Highland Dr. Sandy, Ut location today, Jan 25, 2023. I have a membership for the "supreme service. Your car wash hasn't worked correctly for months. When I got home today the back of my car was completely omitted. Some of the washing wheels didn't come up to speed and didn't come to the correct position. It used to put tire blacking on my tires. That is part of what I paid extra for..Hasn't worked for months. Instead of blacking my tires it sprays a line of black stuff on my rocker panels and if I don't go home and immediately wipe it off it won't come off. What am I paying for if it isn't going to work properly. The wheel at the end that is supposed to wipe the windshield turned twice and went back up.. I'm paying for services I'm not getting and have for months. Either fix these things or I will take my business elsewhere. I have been a member for a long time.
