I'm extremely upset. I bring my car in & they don't clean interior windows.  To me that's a part of a car wash. The staff was friendly that's the reason I give it a one star. Upset about cleaning details.  I bought my car here & expect a fix washServices:&nbsp;Full body wash

Went in today to have the car cleaned..NOT! Wasn't busy .... I wondered why none of the attendants weren't  waiting around for a tip until we had a chance to look the car over.. Maybe they changed the services I don't know.... ...lol

This was my first time visiting and I decided to do the gold package$10 not bad the lady asked if I even wanted my trunk vacuumed I said yes I want the best. The guy comes and gives me my keys after he finishes I go out to my car to what seems to look like my car wasn’t even wiped down around the cup holders coffee spill still there and the dash didn’t look “shiny” so the manger who was very nice had them redo the car, I wasn’t even thinking to pop the trunk to see if it was vacuumed like the lady asked if I wanted I get home to see this. I even tipped the guy I was not impressed at all especially since I’ve seen cars that have got washed there and they look very good.

I purchased a diamond level wash, and I was really disapointed to see what that got me. This is my first time coming here, and I figured for 40 bucks the inside of my windows would be clean, my mats shaken out and vaccuumed, my seats vacuumed, and maybe some of the built up brake dust dealt with. Instead I got this. Don't waste your money here, they just care about the number of cars they wash not what level you purchased.

I love coming here. It's so welcoming. I always get coffee and today I got a muffin all free of charge. While I waited for the car to be washed. They always are efficient and provide great service.

They are only servicing the cars that were in friendly Kia so they shouldn’t be advertising the car wash

Bought a car at Kia a few weeks back and get unlimited car washes here. Very friendly staff and love that they also vacuum the interior! They did a great job! Can't wait to continue going back!

Been coming here for many years. Pulled up today and was very disappointed that they did away with everything but a basic courtesy wash and vacuum. Until this policy is reversed, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I have never minded waiting 3 hours for a quality wash, vacuum, and detail. Now, I'll find another place to go to until Mr. Gillis changes the policy.

Mike fan fan did an excellent job with my car. Blew away my expectations, I put off going to get my car cleaned because of past experiences at other car washes.  This was totally different, he took the time to clean every inch of my car. He even went back with me to make sure I was satisfied.  We left our wallets in the car and other important things inside and as expected nothing was even touched.  This was my first time and when I pulled up Desiree was beyond helpful. She explained every package in detail as well as all the benefits I will receive as a friendly Kia customer.  I was so impressed my tip was almost more than the actual cost of the wash.  As you wait there is also plenty of couch space and free coffee, cappuccino and other little drinks. Also a charging station, the only downside to the charging station is that there is no couch near it so it’s really just a last resort for low battery.  Overall I know I found my new spot to get my car cleaned and detailed. Very professional, very corporate which ads a touch of trust that you just don’t receive going to those other questionable car wash places.
