Mister Sparky® was founded in Atlanta in 1996 by Patrick Kennedy, now President of this Sarasota based location serving customers from Tampa to Naples. The name “Mister Sparky®” comes from the common use of the term “sparky” or “sparks”, meaning electricians, in the Patrick's native Ireland.
